The Supreme Court dealt a blow to the nation when relentless liberal pressure over the controversial inclusion of a citizenship question on the 2020 census led to a blow for President Trump with the decisive vote coming from a so-called conservative.
Chief Justice John Roberts – a George W. Bush appointee – once again threw in with the left and corporate America with the at least temporary quashing of what in normal times would be a perfectly legitimate question but in these days of globalism and political subterfuge has become another proxy battle in the war over a lost election and Trump’s desire to put America first.
In a ruling that came down on Thursday, Roberts and his liberal allies including the ghoulish Ruth Bader Ginsburg stunned the leader of the free world by blocking the citizenship question and throwing the entire census into limbo while the far-left organizations behind the effort to defy Trump are able to marshall more money and legal resources into preventing the government from quantifying Americans and illegal immigrants.
The treachery of Roberts elicited a strong response from Trump who was blindsided and justifiably frustrated over the nation’s highest court’s latest foray into judicial activism and he lashed out via Twitter from Osaka, Japan where he is representing the U.S. at the G-20 summit.
The POTUS has also suggested the possibility that thanks to the decision that the conducting of the 2020 census itself could be thrown into questionable status as the legal battle will spill into an already contentious election year.
Seems totally ridiculous that our government, and indeed Country, cannot ask a basic question of Citizenship in a very expensive, detailed and important Census, in this case for 2020. I have asked the lawyers if they can delay the Census, no matter how long, until the…..

…..United States Supreme Court is given additional information from which it can make a final and decisive decision on this very critical matter. Can anyone really believe that as a great Country, we are not able the ask whether or not someone is a Citizen. Only in America!

Via Fox News:
President Trump vowed Thursday to try delaying the 2020 census after the Supreme Court blocked, for now, his administration’s plan to include a question that inquires about citizenship status.
The court had said that the administration’s explanation for adding the question was insufficient and sent it back to the lower courts for further consideration. The ruling marked a major setback for the administration. While more lower-court litigation is possible, it would be difficult for the government to get the question on the census in time for the forms to be printed by their original self-declared summer deadline.
But Trump raised the possibility of a delay until a final resolution by the courts. In a fiery Twitter response to the narrow ruling, Trump said it “seems totally ridiculous” for the government not to ask such a “basic question.”
“I have asked the lawyers if they can delay the Census, no matter how long, until the … United States Supreme Court is given additional information from which it can make a final and decisive decision on this very critical matter,” he said.
It’s no huge secret that the biggest beneficiaries of illegal immigration are Wall Street, big corporations and Silicon Valley tech oligarchs and once again. Justice Roberts has intervened to save the bacon for the oligarchs just as he did when he saved Obamacare back in 2012.
Many conservatives have long viewed Roberts as a Judas and a snake in the grass and his throwing in with the likes of RBG, Sotomayor, Kagan, and Breyer isn’t going to do much to change that opinion nor earn him many friends outside of the cult of woke, the ACLU and corporate boardrooms,
More than anything else, the latest Roberts betrayal only underscores the importance of a second Trump term where he will likely be able to install another constitutionalist justice or two and erect a firewall between Justice Roberts and the nation.
