The Five Faulty Premises Of Russiagate

Having watched some of the questions to former Special Counsel Robert Mueller by congress on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, as well as Mueller’s dithering deflections – it was obvious the entire affair was another distraction; more of the same ongoing circus show.
Of course, no minds were changed. Those on the Left still consider Trump to be a comprised capitalist pig guarding his tax returns with all the fervor of any good Manchurian Candidate and those on the Right still viewing Mueller as a tyrannical tool of the Deep State.
After Mueller’s live testimony, this blogger listened to roughly thirty Americans calling into CNN with their comments. Of those callers, only three were in support of Trump and with the rest of them effusively expressing gratitude to Mueller for his service in revealing Trump’s threat to American Democracy.
Many conservatives, including talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh and some his callers, agreed that Mueller didn’t seem familiar with the contents of his report, let alone the Steele Dossier, Fusion GPS, and other points-of-factbrought up by the Republicans as they were grilling the former special counsel. To be sure, Limbaugh commented on Mueller’s less-than-stellar demeanor and lack of preparedness – even going so far as to say Mueller deserved absolutely zero sympathies for his contributory efforts in the never-ending farce that the former special counsel has perpetrated on the American people.
But, at the same time, L-Rushbo painted a picture of Mueller simply being (for lack of better terminology) parochial in his search for justice; as if Mueller was simply a Never-Trumper like Mittens Romney or John Kasich.
In fact, at the close of the Mueller hearing, even House Republican Devin Nunes complimented Mueller, thanked him for his service, and refused to scorch the doddering old fool in the end.
Unfortunately, a majority of Americans today, including many conservatives, have swallowed hook, line, and sinker one or more of the following five (5) faulty premises of Russiagate…

The power of ‘A People’s History of the United States’ to inspire violent action should not be underestimated after the ICE attack of Antifa supporter Willem Van Spronsen.https://t.co/qtRlkJf945

In Tacoma, Washington, during the pre-dawn hours of Saturday, July 13, 2019, 69-year-old Willem Van Spronsen attempted to light a propane tank on fire, torched a vehicle, and threw “incendiary devices” at the outbuildings for the Northwest Detention Center and vehicles in the parking lot. When confronted by police, he pointed his rifle at them and was shot dead before he could fire.
Van Spronsen was a member of Antifa (short for “anti-fascist”), a masked domestic “protest” group. This group’s members recently beat up journalist Andy Ngo to the point he suffered a brain hemorrhage and had to be hospitalized. Van Spronsen had been previously arrested for grabbing a police officer at an Antifa protest. This time, as reported in the Washington Times on July 15 and then picked up by other conservative outlets, he left behind a manifesto.
Four days later, the Washington Post published part of the story in a watered-down article titled “ICE detention-center attacker killed by police was an avowed anarchist, authorities say.” In the interim, tributes from Antifa Facebook, Black Lives Matter leader Shaun King, and other likeminded sources came out describing Spronsen as a heroic “martyr.”
It’s apparent from his manifesto that Van Spronsen believed he was liberating a “concentration camp,” as U.S. immigration facilities have been described by Democrats including the socialist lightning rod Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. After rambling on about “the forces of evil,” “concentration camps for folks deemed lesser,” and the ineffectiveness of “the centrist” reformer, the manifesto told readers, “see howard zinn, ‘a people’s history of the united states.’” The book would provide, he alleged, support for Van Spronsen’s assertion that “we are living in visible fascism ascendant.”

‘Once Upon a Time in Pedowood’: Right-Wing Street Artist Hijacks Billboards, Slams Epstein, Allen and Polanski

A giant billboard for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood has been hijacked by right-wing street artist Sabo to take aim at pedophiles Roman Polanski and Jeffrey Epstein.
The billboard on Pico and La Cienega in Hollywood now reads “Once Upon a Time in Pedowood.” Sabo also replaced the faces of Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio with the infamous predators.
“I wanted to bring around the problem of pedophilia in Hollywood both past and the present,” Sabo told the Gateway Pundit. “I felt using this movie was a great vehicle to do that. I haven’t seen the story yet but I hear it includes within the story in the Tate murders executed by Charles Mason. Manson killed Polanski’s wife. Polanski is a convicted pedophile and so is Epstein. I thought they should share a billboard together to bring attention to a problem that has plagued Hollywood for decades.”
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is based on the murder of Sharon Tate, who happened to be married to Polanski at the time of her death. He has been on the run since 1978 for sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl.

KNOWLES: Drag Queen Story Time, The Left’s New Standard For ‘Tolerance’ https://t.co/fHbMSeezeY

Drag Queen Story Time, The Left’s New Standard For ‘Tolerance’
Via The Daily Wire
They had a “Drag Queen Story Hour” at an event in Portland. And the library is celebrating, and they’re posting photos of it. We were told, those of us who objected to “Drag Queen Story Hour,” we’re told: You’re awful, you’re bigots, you’re transphobic. You [are] a hateful person, [and] you’re hate-mongering. That big debate that broke out on the right — between Sohrab Ahmari at First Things and David French at National Review, over cultural conservatism versus libertarianism — that debate was kicked off by drag queens story hour. Sohrab Ahmari’s piece said, look, when we reach drag queens story hour for children, we have gone too far. We need to reexamine some of our libertarian premises. And what Sohrab Ahmari and other people were saying is this. This amounts to child abuse. … Maybe it’s not physically abusing children, but it is so confusing. It is so utterly absurd, the ideology and the gender ideology that you’re indoctrinating these kids with. We should not do it, [we are] all called haters for that. Well, guess what, turns out that the photos have now been deleted …
The drag queen who would come in, would lie down on the floor and then encourage all of the kids to crawl all over him. What does that have to do with reading a story in a public library? That’s pretty weird.
Just imagine for a second if a straight man, wearing a business suit, walked into a public library. Is that OK? [The man says,] “I’m going to do what I want to do with my time. I want to come in here, once or twice a week and I want to read books to a lot of like little children. I want the little children to gather all around me, and I’m going to lie down on the ground, in my business suit. And then, I’m going to encourage the kids to crawl all over my body. ”

Black rag dolls that came with instructions to “find a wall” and slam the toy against it have been pulled from three stores after customers and a lawmaker said they were offensive.
The “Feel Better Doll” featured instructions to “whack” the doll “whenever things don’t go well and you want to hit the wall and yell.”
The president of One Dollar Zone said roughly 1,000 dolls were pulled this week from its store in Bayonne and two others also in New Jersey.
The dolls were made of black fabric with yarn hair of red, green, black and yellow in the style of dreadlocks, and featured large white eyes and a white smile.
State Assemblywoman Angela McKnight, a Democrat whose district includes Bayonne, called the dolls “offensive” and “inappropriate” after seeing a post on social media.
Bayonne Mayor Jimmy Davis said in a Facebook post that the dolls were “insensitive” and “can certainly be considered racist.”
