Seth Moulton is one of the many anonymous democrats running for president in 2020. He’s actually a decorated combat vet and true American hero, but for some reason insists on being a freedom-hating liberal kook. In reaction to the shooting in El Paso Saturday he said that it’s the government’s duty to protect the people from guns. He may want to go back and take a look at the Constitution that he took an oath to defend.
Fox News reports there was a shooting in El Paso, TX Saturday. Anywhere from 11 to 22 people were shot with many being listed as casualties. The gunman, reported to be a 21-year-old male, was taken into custody. Obviously there are still many details to come out, but that hasn’t stopped ghoulish democrats from exploiting the tragedy to push their unconstitutional gun control agenda.
None was worse than Seth Moulton:
Absolutely heartbroken to hear the news out of El Paso.
We cannot allow this to keep happening in America. Citizens don’t need guns to protect them from government—they need the government to step up and protect them from guns.
— Seth Moulton (@sethmoulton) August 3, 2019
His twisted message really reads: the government has a duty to disarm the American people for their own safety.
That’s the scariest thing I’ve heard a democrat say on the matter of gun control. Good thing Moulton has zero chance of becoming president.
Moulton was not alone in exploiting this shooting like an asshole. Here’s some of the other 2020 democrats who want to lead this nation into the bad old days of tyranny and oppression:
Enough. We need to end this national nightmare. Praying for everyone affected by this unspeakable tragedy, and for our country to find the moral courage to take action to end this carnage. https://t.co/vqTMSlbR8j

My heart is with the people of El Paso today as they cope with a devastating mass shooting—the scope of which we are still learning.
This attack is a tragic reminder of our government’s failure to do its most basic duty: to protect American lives. We need gun reform now. https://t.co/z0JTng4kVa

The news out of El Paso is devastating. I’m heartbroken for the victims and their families. Far too many communities have suffered through tragedies like this already. We must act now to end our country’s gun violence epidemic.

And Pete Buttigieg made it all about him:
My grandmother used to take me to Cielo Vista Mall. Now it’s one more mass shooting scene. How many more must grieve before we act? #ElPaso
— Pete Buttigieg (@PeteButtigieg) August 3, 2019
Yes, the biggest tragedy here is that Petey used to shop here with his grandma, not that innocent people were murdered.
Here Marianne Williamson messed up and offered prayers, which her party thinks is offensive:
Prayers for the people of El Paso in this agonizing moment. And prayers for all the rest of us as well, that we might summon up the courage to remove this scourge from our midst. Let us pray and let us act.
— Marianne Williamson (@marwilliamson) August 3, 2019
Oops, Kameltoe messed up too:
Last week it was Gilroy. Today it’s El Paso. How can our country tolerate this? My prayers are yet again with families who are grieving and my thanks are with the first responders, but that is not enough. We must act.
— Kamala Harris (@KamalaHarris) August 3, 2019
And then there’s Beto:
Mi corazón esta con El Paso en este momento. Tengan cuidado. Por favor todos sigan la instrucciones de los equipos de emergencia. https://t.co/bPAfVU7oPR
— Beto O’Rourke (@BetoORourke) August 3, 2019
F*ck this guy.
After the shooting at the garlic festival last Sunday that didn’t have any convenient liberal talking points attached to it and couldn’t be exploited, obviously the democrats are trying to get out in front of this one before any details are just in case it also doesn’t lend itself to a gun control narrative.
Anyone who thinks a criminal committing a crime is a reason why your Constitutional rights should be stripped away is your enemy. They are an enemy of the country, the people, and freedom in general. Here in America we call that enemy the democratic party.
