While liberals are trying desperately to portray the El Paso shooter as a racist white nationalist based on a joke manifesto, they’re going to have a much harder time doing it with the Dayton killer. The man who killed 9 people in Ohio this morning describes himself as a socialism-loving leftist, a Satan worshipper, and part of Elizabeth Warren’s tribe. It doesn’t mean liberals won’t accuse him of being a Trump-supporting Nazi, they will, it’s just going take take a lot more spin to get there.
24-year-old Connor Betts opened fire in Dayton, OH early Sunday morning, killing 9 people including his own sister. He also injured more than 2 dozen more. He was wearing body armor and had 100 rounds on him. Police responded almost immediate and put him down, saving untold numbers of lives.
Naturally the knee-jerk reaction from the left was to blame this shooting on President Trump, racism, white nationalism, the NRA, and right-wing extremism. They may want to hold off on that for a second and read this from Heavy.com:
On social media, the suspect’s biography started to emerge. On his Twitter page, reviewed by Heavy, he described himself as “he/him / anime fan / metalhead / leftist / i’m going to hell and i’m not coming back.”
Anyone who puts preferred pronouns in a social media bio is definitely not right-wing. Also, he described himself as a leftist, which is another thing right-wingers don’t do.
In case liberals aren’t fully convinced that this asshole is one of theirs, here’s some more stuff:
He wrote on Twitter that he would happily vote for Democrat Elizabeth Warren, praised Satan, was upset about the 2016 presidential election results, and added, “I want socialism, and i’ll not wait for the idiots to finally come round to understanding.”
Well shit, how come the liberal media isn’t blaming this on Elizabeth Warren and all of the other democrats who are trying to push socialism? Cleary the motive for the shooting was to usher in socialism and he was obviously inspired by Warren’s hateful leftist rhetoric.
Betts was also Bernie Bro, but he had a heap bigger crush on Elizabeth Warren.
He also gave Republicans shit for not passing gun control in the wake of the Parkland, Florida mass shooting, was dedicated to killing “fascists” and told everyone to “Vote blue for gods sake.”
In reality, this guy sounds exactly like an Antifa terrorist. In fact, when he committed this atrocity, he was clad in all-black just like Antifa. Instead of punching “Nazis” he shot them.
All of this is to say that democrats and the liberal media are getting ready to completely ignore the Dayton shooting so they can focus all of their outrage on the El Paso shooting.
Liberals like to use a mass shooting with a white killer as a reason to declare white nationalism the biggest threat to the United States and all white men terrorists. The thing is, these white losers who commit these shootings don’t have a single or even coherent ideology and they don’t belong to any organized groups.
Connor Betts however is very closely aligned with the thinking of Antifa and Bernie Bros, both known terrorist organizations. If liberals are looking for some non-Muslim domestic terrorism, it’s right here. They of course aren’t looking for leftist domestic terrorism, which is why this story is already forgotten.
