In the race to the bottom of journalistic integrity, MSNBC took a firm lead when they allowed a contributor to float a wild conspiracy theory involving President Trump and Adolf Hitler. According to this tin-foil hat kook, President Trump has deep admiration for the Fuher and is broadcasting that to the white supremacists. Even crazier, he claims the proof is in Trump mourning the victims of last weekend’s tragic shootings.
Following the shootings in El Paso and Dayton, President Trump ordered that flag be flown at half-mast until Wednesday. Trump issued the order on Sunday “as a mark of solemn respect” for the victims.
Liberals have a problem with everything Trump does, but they would have to dig deep for the outrage on this one. MSNBC unearthed former FBI assistant director of counterintelligence Frank Figliuzzi to deliver the single most irresponsible thing in network history.

“The president says that we will fly our flags at half-mast until August 8, that’s 8/8. Now I’m not going to imply that he did this deliberately, but I am using it as an example of the ignorance of the adversary that’s being demonstrated by the White House,” Figliuzzi said.
But he absolutely accused Trump of doing this deliberately.
“The numbers 8/8 are very significant in the neo-Nazi and the white supremacy movement. Why? Because the letter ‘H’ is the eighth letter of the alphabet, and to them, the numbers 8/8 stand for ‘Heil Hitler,” Figliuzzi continued.
Is he serious? Sadly yes.
“So we’re going to be raising the flag back up at dusk on 8/8. No one’s thinking about this. No one’s giving the advice, or he’s rejecting the advice,” said Figliuzzi.
To sum up, this counterintelligence “expert” is saying that Trump knows that raising the flag on Wednesday is an homage to Adolf Hitler and he’s doing it to signal his support for white supremacy.
Obviously MSNBC is trying to pick up the key InfoWars demographic since nobody with half a brain will watch the sorry-ass network.
Actually, now that I think about it, there may be something to this. I did a little research and found these troubling things:
Elizabeth Warren announced her presidential candidacy in December of 2018. December is the 12th month which corresponds with the letter “L” and the 18th letter in the alphabet is “R.” “LR sands for “Lying Redskin.” Coincidence? I think not.
Bernie Sanders announced his candidacy on February 19 or 2/19. 2/19 equals “BS” which stands for “Big Socialist” “Bullshit” and “Bernie Sanders.” It’s positively eerie.
Joe Biden announced his candidacy on April 25, 4/25. That corresponds to “DY” which means “Didgeridoo Yoga-Pants.” That doesn’t make a lot of sense but in Crazy Joe’s mind it means “I like segregationists and sniffing little girls.” This couldn’t be any more obvious and frightening.
I was going to say that MSNBC should be ashamed of themselves, but they have no shame. Trying to connect President Trump to Hitler and white supremacy through the respectful act of lowering the flag is all part of their fake news agenda to demonized the duly-elected President of the United States. I’m sure they’ll come up with something even crazier by the end of the week.
