Corey Taylor is the singer for the nu-metal band Slipknot and is a ragging anti-gun Trump-hating lunatic. I guess shaking his fist at the President got old because he’s turned his hatred on everyone who voted for him, calling all Trump voters “f*cking morons.” If you’re worried that maybe he’s alienating some of his band’s supporters it’s okay, Taylor is convinced that most Slipknot fans are black. Seriously, he thinks black people listen to a bunch of white people screaming and bashing trashcans with baseball bats.
Taylor did an interview with The FADER and was asked a question about UFO’s. Naturally he answered with some of his patented TDS lunacy:
“We’re on the precipice of an upheaval that we haven’t seen since fucking ’68. It’s fucking scary. I’d never thought about being in a time when it was this bad, until I woke up and realized that my President was retweeting fucking white supremacists,” replied Taylor.
Not sure what that has to do with UFOs other than maybe Taylor was abducted and the anal probe damaged his brain. That’s the risk you run when your head is up your ass.
The reality is that after Trump was elected, Taylor made a public statement that he was willing to give him a chance. The interviewer asked about this and instead of answering the question, Taylor went off on Trump and everyone who voted for him.
“I could not believe that people would vote for a fucking moron like him. That’s what insults me the most. You can paint him as racist, or egotistical, or a tyrant, or all of this shit: He’s a moron, and the people who fucking voted for him? Fucking morons too,” Taylor said.
So Taylor was willing to give Trump a chance 3 years ago, but everyone who voted for him is a f*cking moron?
You’d think that after calling half the country stupid, he’d say something smart to demonstrate his intellectual superiority, but that ain’t how Corey rolls.
“It doesn’t matter why they voted for him, whether they are racist, or they want money,” Taylor said of Trump voters.
Is this guy a political scientist or what? The only 2 reason Taylor can see why someone would have voted for Trump is either they are racist or they wanted money. I voted for Trump because I’m a Republican and he was the Republican nominee. Also, he was running against Hillary Clinton so I would have voted for anyone but her. Race or financial gain never entered my decision to vote for Trump.
Taylor kept the stupid going when he expalined the reason why he thinks Trump voters are morons:
“They’ve done more to set us back even further globally than anything I’ve ever seen in my fucking lifetime,” said Taylor.
I’m not sure what that means, but I’ll take a stab at it. Taylor believes we were already set back globally but then we were set back even further because stupid people voted for Trump. Doesn’t that suggest that Obama set us on the trajectory of global set-backness and shouldn’t that make his voters f*cking morons too?
I know I shouldn’t spend too much time trying to make sense out of this guy because he’s clearly living in an alternate universe. Just have a look at this:
“Honestly, I come at it from a fan standpoint. Most of our fans are of color, are from different countries, speak different fucking languages, love different people,” said Taylor.
I wonder what Taylor thinks the word “honestly” means because most Slipknot fans are not people of color. I’ve seen this band a few times at festivals and I can assure him there were very few non-white or even females in the audience. Slipknot fans are the same white trash bros who like Limp Bizkit and Nickelback: shirtless white guys with shaved heads and lots of crappy tribal tattoos.
Ultimately Taylor is pissed at Trump voters because he thinks they are going to wipe out his fanbase:
“I don’t want my fucking fans getting killed. I don’t want my kids getting killed,” said Taylor.
If racist Trump voters kill Slipknot fans, that’s called suicide and the biggest danger to his kids is Taylor as he’s clearly mentally disturbed.
