New York Times Attacks Justice Brett Kavanaugh With Vile Smear Piece

Could it be that House Democrats are going to follow through on their threats to impeach Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh?

One year ago, the respected conservative jurist was slandered and smeared by an activist media as well as Senate Dems led by Dianne Feinstein who were determined to destroy his career to keep him off the bench.

Kavanaugh eventually survived the bogus allegations by Christine Blasey Ford as well as other women who were trotted out to sink the nomination but the loss left embittered Dems itching for another shot.

Now thanks to the smear-peddling New York Times, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler may get that opportunity to launch impeachment hearings against Justice Kavanaugh this fall.

The Times hit piece cited more unsubstantiated and unprovable allegations that the young Kavanaugh exposed himself at a party in college.

Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was hit with another accusation of unwanted sexual contact by a male classmate who said he witnessed Kavanaugh expose himself and press his genitals against a woman without her consent.

The New York Times reported Saturday that the latest allegation, which has until now not been public, was reported to the FBI during Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court confirmation process last year but was not investigated by the FBI.

In the Times report, two FBI officials told the newspaper that a Yale classmate of Kavanaugh’s, D.C.-based nonprofit owner Max Stier, said that he had witnessed Kavanaugh expose himself at a party before other students pushed Kavanaugh’s genitals into the hand of a female student, apparently without her consent.

The Hill has reached out to the Supreme Court for comment.

Stier did not speak publicly about the story, according to the Times, but two U.S. officials reportedly corroborated his account to the FBI with the newspaper.

The Times story once again cited anonymous sources in a blatant effort to push a political agenda against President Trump and the conservative judge, a now-standard tactic for a media that has become rotten to the core.

Fat Jerry has to be licking his chops; especially after it was reported last year that the porcine New York Democrat and longtime Trump foe was overheard on the Acela Expressway while making a phone call vowing to impeach Kavanaugh.

In a November 2018 story, the Washington Examiner reported the following:

Somewhere along the Northeast Corridor, on a southbound Acela hurtling from New York City to Washington, D.C., the incoming chairman of the House Judiciary Committee explained what he plans to do once Democrats take control of congressional oversight machinery: maximize political fallout, mostly, by impeaching President Trump and Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

For whatever reason, Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., felt comfortable doing this aloud and over the phone. Unfortunately for him, a reporter sat a couple rows back.

In a piece over at The Federalist, Mollie Hemingway reports how Nadler is ready to go “all-in” on those impeachment plans. It’s pretty straightforward: At least according to Nadler, Democrats will exercise their oversight authority, making overtures to accountability and good government all the while, to win points ahead of 2020.

Now that the NYT has put the smear Kavanaugh campaign into play, 2020 Democrats are demanding that the SCOTUS justice be subjected to yet another one of the Stalinist investigations that have become a hallmark of the Dem-controlled House.

Unwilling to accept the results of legitimate elections and the consequences of those losses, Democrats instead have become a rabid pack of fascist fanatics who use lies and fake news propaganda as an impetus to destroy lives as well as the nation’s institutions.

They need to be permanently removed from power starting next November and it is vile smear campaigns like the one against an honorable man like Kavanaugh that will help make the case against their tyranny.
