On this side of the pond liberals have a strong “Blame Trump” game going, but it’s nothing compared to the insanity in merry old England. A UK politician is blaming the U.S. president for an alleged hate crime against her in which she claims an anti-Muslim attack dog came after her and her children. How was this President Trump’s fault? Maybe a better question is: what the hell is an anti-Muslim attack dog?
Here’s an odd bit of news from The Northern Echo:
Darlington councillor Sajna Ali, herself a victim of hate crime, said she was certain Brexit had had a significant impact and claimed politicians like Donald Trump and Nigel Farage had helped to legitimise hatred.
She said Brexit had ushered in a level of hatred she had not experienced before as she spoke of the impact hate crime has had on her own life and on Darlington’s Muslim community.
Okay, we have this British city councillor claiming that the President of the United States has caused a rise in hate crimes in the UK, and then she told a story of one of those Trump-inspired hate crimes that happened to her. And yeah, it’s nuts.
Describing an incident in which her own children were left terrified after a dog was set on them close to North Lodge Park, she said: “I was with my young daughters when a man ordered his dog to attack and kill the Muslims.
“It was awful, my little girls were terrified– the dog was coming at us full force, it had been trained to attack us and if it hadn’t been for a car coming at speed towards us and distracting it, it definitely would have,” said Ali.
This is all the detail Ali would give about the incident, but clearly in this telling, the car was more of a threat to her children than the dog. Maybe it was an anti-Muslim attack car. Perhaps it was even a car with a Trump MAGA bumpersticker for some reason.
Ali purposefully leaves out all of the details in this story because it’s a complete fabrication. How does she know this dog was trained to attack her and her kids? Did the dog owner shout out that he trained is dog to attack Muslims and if so, why didn’t Ali mention this in her story? Also, How would anyone go about training a dog to attack Muslims?
Just for fun, let’s pretend this dog really was trained to attack Muslims. Why was this highly-trained anti-Muslim attack dog so easily distracted by a speeding car? And for that matter, why didn’t the dog resume the attack after the speeding car had passed?
Lastly, police in the UK literally classify a dog shitting in front of someone’s home as a hate crime so why wasn’t the owner of this vicious Muslim hating attack dog arrested?
The answer to all of those questions is: because this story is a lie. It never happened. There isn’t one thing here that is reasonable, believable, or provable.
Here in the states Muslim activist Dean Obeidallah blamed President Trump for killing democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings. In the UK a Muslim politician said “hold my stout” and blamed Trump for an anti-muslim attack dog hate crime. Trump Derangement Syndrome is a universal illness and now qualifies as a world-wide pandemic.
