There’s good news for all of the hysterical liberals suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome: Donald Trump isn’t actually the President of the United States. According to feminist kook Gloria Steinem, Trump doesn’t need to be impeached because he was never elected in the first place. It seems kind of weird that everyone has been playing along and letting him do presidenty stuff for the past two and half years, but Steinem clearly knows what she’s talking about.
In an interview with Variety, Steinem was asked if she supports the effort to impeach President Trump.
“You know, I guess he was never elected,” replied Steinem.
There you have it: Trump isn’t really the POTUS so Pelosi and Schiff can stop their charade impeachment inquiry. This has been a an illusion brought on by mass hysteria.
Steinem backed up her claim that President Trump is just a figment of our imaginations by saying, “He is beyond any possible rational consideration.”
If we can’t rationally consider Trump, he must not exist.
Nobody is more stoked than Hillary Clinton because this means she’s the real president. She can stop pretending to be president and sit behind the actual Resolute Desk. That also makes Bill Clinton the First Dude, which means he’s about to get more tail than he ever did on Jeffrey Epstein’s Rape Island.
Steinem’s answer managed to get slightly dumber as she attempted to explain herself:
“He wasn’t elected by the popular vote. It’s only by the accident of the electoral college, which was lauded by the slave states in the first place. We have to get rid of the electoral college. He lost by six million votes,” Steinem said.
Oops. It looks like Trump really is the President. Sorry, Hillary. This is just some of that TDS that kicked in when Trump won the Electoral College vote but lost the popular vote.
For Steinem’s benefit, the Electoral College isn’t an accident, it’s part of the Constitution and they way this country elects presidents, including democrats. Also, Trump only lost the popular vote by 2.8 million, not 6 million like Steinem claims, and you can chalk that up to liberal California running up the score.
Prior to the 2016 election, the liberal media pundits were actually speculating that Trump was going to win the popular vote but lose the Electoral College vote. For some reason not a single liberal, including Steinem, was calling for the EC to be abolished back then.
Proving she has lot’s of important political opinions and junk, Steinem was asked if she thinks she’ll ever see a woman president in her lifetime.
“You know, I don’t know, but I hope I see a feminist president,” Steinem said.
Was that an endorsement for Beto O’Rourke? He’s the girliest 2020 democratic candidate, which is amazing considering Pete Buttigieg and some actual women (sort of) are in the field.
Gloria Steinem denying Trump’s legitimacy is more of the juvenile temper tantrum liberals have been throwing since the American people spoke in 2016. They’ve flopped on the floor kicking and screaming, held their breath until they are blue in the face, and now they’re hiding under the covers and pretending he doesn’t exist like the monster in the closet.
