The democrats impeachment case just got a little stronger. In some hard-hitting investigative reporting the liberal media has discovered that President Trump lied about giving a medal to a hero dog. In fact, the President knowingly sent out a doctored (dogtored?) photo of him placing a medal around the neck of the dog who helped take down ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. Trump would have gotten way with it too if it wasn’t for those brave journalists who put their lives on the line to protect democracy and stuff.
This is actually the dumbest thing the fake news has done since Trump was elected and that’s saying a lot. As you know, over the weekend U.S. Special Forces took out ISIS leader Baghdadi and they had some help from a brave dog, who was wounded in the raid. Trump tweeted out a picture of the hero dog:
We have declassified a picture of the wonderful dog (name not declassified) that did such a GREAT JOB in capturing and killing the Leader of ISIS, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi! pic.twitter.com/PDMx9nZWvw
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 28, 2019
And then today he tweeted out another picture, which is an obvious photoshop job, of him placing a medal around this dog’s neck:

Because everyone in the liberal media is completely out of their minds with Trump Derangement Syndrome, this joke meme was thoroughly debunked. Here’s HuffPo White House correspondent S.V. Daté holding the President accountable:
Fine, just the president of the United States disseminating a doctored image created by a right-wing propaganda site. pic.twitter.com/Ky26zdDaXe

And here’s journalist Steve Herman with the legwork on the scandal:
I’ve requested details from the @WhiteHouse on this photo.
There was no such canine event on today’s @POTUS schedule but there is a Medal of Honor ceremony set here for later today for an active duty Green Beret. https://t.co/NESINT9J4b— Steve Herman (@W7VOA) October 30, 2019
“It’s photoshopped,” acknowledges a @WhiteHouse official. The dog is not here at the @WhiteHouse — yet.

Photoshopped from the first Medal of Honor @realDonaldTrump awarded (to James McCloughan of the @USArmy for conspicuous gallantry during the Vietnam War). https://t.co/PHEUCZd6B0

Nice work, Steve.
Finally, the New York Times has blown this thing wide open:
And @nytimes has a story out on this: https://t.co/EgMof9ktPO

Wait. You mean the President lied about giving a medal to this brave dog? And there’s no presidential medal with a bronze paw on it?
It’s almost certain that the House democrats will call this dog to testify against the President in their illegitimate impeachment inquiry. I don’t think anyone will be surprised to learn that Adam Schiff met with this dog a few weeks ago and that the dog once had a working relationship with a 2020 democratic party candidate.
Actually, the hero dog kind of looks like Joe Biden’s dog:
