Not sure how this one slipped by, but Bernie Sanders made some seriously racist accusations against our nation’s law enforcements officers. According to the aging communist, not only don’t cops pull over white women, they shoot every black man in the back of the head for no reason other than skin color. Much like his plan to pay for socialism, Bernie was unable to provide the numbers to support his cockamamie position.
Over the weekend the democrats headed to the Second Step Presidential Justice Forum at HBCU Benedict College in Columbia, South Carolina to pander that black vote. It seemed like the story was going to be about Kamala Harris who initially boycotted this forum because the sponsor gave President Trump an award for his work in passing justice reform legislation, but Bernie really stole the show.
CNN reports that in the Q&A portion of the festivities, some black people, whom Bernie is uncomfortable with, asked how he would keep them safe if they were his children.
First a black male student asked Bernie what advice he would give him if he was ever pulled over by the police.
“I would do my best to identify who that police officer is — in a polite way ask him or her for their name. I would respect what they are doing so that you don’t get shot in the back of the head,” replied Bernie.
There you have it: In the world according to Bernie, cops shoot innocent unarmed young black men in the back of the head for no particular reason. Armed black men charging? Yeah, but I honestly can’t think of an incident like Bernie describes. Actually, in Bernie’s take on things, this happens all the time. Where’s a liberal media fact-check when you need one?
Somehow Bernie made this slander on police even worse. A black female student asked Bernie pretty much the same question; what would he tell her to keep her safe from cops?
“If you were my daughter, you would be a Caucasian girl and you wouldn’t be pulled over. … What I’d tell you is: That’s what’s wrong. That is what’s wrong. There is institutional racism that still exists,” Bernie said.
You got that? White women don’t ever get pulled over but black men always get shot in the back of the head. I’ve actually been in a vehicle driven by a young white women when she was pulled over but Bernie is pandering so facts don’t really matter here.
Here’s another weird thing from this exchange: Bernie says if the female student was his daughter that she’d be Caucasian, but didn’t make the same claim with the black male student. Could it be that Bernie thinks his commie swimmers would make white girls but black boys? Why not? He thinks orgasms cure cervical cancer in women, so his understanding of human biology and physiology is as bad as his knowledge of economics.
As a socialist kook, Bernie Sanders has landed some key union endorsements but I’m pretty sure no police unions will be throwing their support his way. He literally just called every law enforcement officer, even the blacks ones, a bunch of racist killers.
The irony is that if Bernie had his way and transformed America into a communist shithole, the cops really would shoot people, and not just the black ones, in the back of the head to maintain oppressive government control.
