Clown show conductor Adam Schiff already made up his mind to impeach President Trump before he orchestrated the coup attempt, but it is polling terribly with independents in swing districts so now he’s pretending he wants to hear from his constituents before deciding. I have some great news for the bug-eyed democrat; I happen to be a resident California’s 28th Congressional district, which makes me one of his constituents. I can’t imagine he doesn’t read Def-Con News religiously, so here’s his chance to hear from his people.
Schiff was on CNN’s State of the Union Sunday trying to sell his sham impeachment/coup attempt. He said the “facts” of President Trump’s misconduct, meaning impeachable crimes, are “uncontested” but wouldn’t commit to actually impeaching.
“I want to discuss this with my constituents and colleagues before I make a final judgment on this,” said Schiff.
Host Jake Tapper found it hard to believe that Schiff hadn’t made up his mind about impeachment, given that he is constantly professing President Trump’s guilt.
“I certainly think that the evidence has been produced overwhelmingly shows serious misconduct from the president. I certainly want to hear more from my constituents and more from my colleagues,” Schiff reiterated.
Okay, Shifty, you want to hear from your constituents? Here it is:
You spent the fist two and half years of Trump’s presidency lying to us that you had overwhelming evidence that President Trump colluded with the Russians to hack the 2016 election. Even after the Mueller report, which you said would prove this charge, completely exonerated the President, you continued to claim you have evidence of his guilt. We haven’t seen this evidence because you don’t have it.
After failing to undo the results of a free and fair election that you personally disagree with, you came up with an even wilder scheme to overthrow the duly-elected POTUS. You and your staff coordinated with the so-called whistleblower, who is actually a deep state democratic party operative and leaker, to file the bogus complaint, which is the basis for your fake impeachment inquiry.
You then proceeded to lie that neither you nor anyone from your staff had any contact with the whistleblower. You continue to lie that you have no idea who the whistleblower is.
The lies kept coming when you announced the impeachment inquiry by reading a fictitious version of the transcript of the phone call between President Trump and Ukraine president Zelensky. After getting busted for making up a conversation between the two leaders, you tried to claim you were doing a “parody” which is as insulting to our intelligence as the lie.
You started your impeachment inquiry in secret, cutting Republicans completely out of the process. You selectively leaked testimony from these closed-door hearings that you thought made Trump look guilty. After overwhelming pressure from the public, you moved the hearings out of the basement and your narrative completely fell apart.
All of the witnesses in the public hearing testified that they had heard about the Trump/Zelenski call and that they were personally offended by it, but none of them could claim that Trump had committed a crime or an impeachable offense. No seriously, every single witness who testified was asked if they had evidence or testimony that Trump broke the law and they all answered “no.”
Even your messaging has been pathetic. You started out by saying that Trump was guilty of “quid pro quo” until DNC polling indicated that people didn’t respond to that. You then tried accusing Trump of “extortion” but that didn’t stick either so you switched it up to “bribery.” BTW, all of your witnesses were asked specifically if Trump had committed bribery and they all answered “no.”
There is no crime. There is no impeachable offense. You concocted this entire thing in sad attempt to remove President Trump from office because you, like all democrats, are angry that the American people chose a Republican as their leader.
That being said, by all means, vote for impeachment in the House. It will be spectacularly embarrassing and disastrous for you and your party. You may not even get members of your own caucus to vote for impeach, but I hope you do because if and when this sham moves to a Senate trial, the real fun will begin.
You see, Republicans control the Senate and they will finally get to call the witnesses they want including the Bidens, the leaker, and you. Unlike your daily appearances on CNN, you will be under oath which means you can’t lie about this any more. You’ll either perjury yourself, which is a felony, or admit to your mastermind role in the coup attempt, which is treason.
So yes, please continue this farce and vote to impeach President Trump. It will help greatly in his reelection and it will also mean the people of CA 28, your constituents, will finally be rid of you.
