Joe Biden likes to smell women’s hair, fondle little girls, and let young children rub his hairy legs in the pool, but why should he have all the fun? The former VP and current Creeper-in-Chief wants to let educators in on his racket of inappropriately touching others by encouraging teachers to touch their students. Creepy Joe doesn’t have many platforms in his sad run for president, but apparently his education plan revolves entirely around pedophilia.

Biden participated in an MSNBC public education forum and since this was a public event, Crazy Joe was contractually obligated to make an ass of himself. Biden was rambling incoherently before dropping this unsettling piece of advice:
“You teachers who touch them, figuratively speaking,” said Biden of students.
Biden clearly doesn’t know what the word “figuratively” means because he then demonstrated with his hands how a teacher would physically a student.
“I hope you touch them and telling them how much you love them, too,” added Biden.
Remember when Biden encouraged people to fire their shotguns in the air to scare away the bad guys? Well, that was terrible advice that landed several people in jail for following it. Advising teachers to grope and fondle their students is equally as illegal and even worse advice.
Biden demonstrated his creepiness with that last bit and then he went ahead and reconfirmed his status as a mentally-challenged liar with this next thing:
The MSNBC host claimed that American schools are segregated and asked segregation fan Biden what he’d do to fix it.
“I do think that the fact that we have institutional racism exists based on neighborhoods, based on jobs, based on the ability to not be able to live in areas that for financial reasons not just racial reasons,” started Biden.
Joe’s off to a bang up start with this incoherent answer. He says that institutional racism exists but not for racial reasons and that not being able to live in an affluent are is an ability. It gets worse:
“It used to be, the reason why I supported bussing the first time around, is the de facto racism,” said Biden.
De facto check: Joe Biden was against bussing because he didn’t want black and brown children going to school with his blonde haired kids.
With that easily fact-checkable lie about his record on forced bussing out of the way, Biden then showed that his brain is a bowl of room temperature oatmeal:
“You cannot live in this neighborhood because you’re an African American. That’s de facto segregation. But there’s de jure segregation, I mean, excuse me, that’s de jure segregation not de facto segregation. De facto segregation exists because of our housing projects, excuse me, housing policies, our education policies,” aid Biden.
Huh? Is it de facto or de jure? Also, what in the hell is he talking about? He was asked how he’d fix school segregation, which was outlawed over a half century ago, but he’s just rambling and slurring his speech.
Biden took one last stab at this:
“We should break down school districts and not make sure that their ability to not, by definition, exclude minority neighborhoods,” said Biden.
So we break down the school districts to not make sure they are not excluding minorities? What the actual f*ck does that mean?
To sum up: Biden wants teachers to molest their students, lied about his support for bussing, and proved that he cannot form a coherent thought or a complete sentence. Is there some reason why democrats think this enfeebled man with dementia stands a chance to take President Trump out in 2020?
