If you remember the 2008 democratic primaries, Barack Obama soundly defeated Hillary Clinton to be the party’s nominee. Back then he didn’t think women should be in charge, but all these years later he believes women are better than men and should run the world. If this is his belief, why didn’t he step aside and let Hillary have the nomination? The answer is because, even after leaving the White House, he’s still completely full of crap.
BBC covered Obama speaking in Singapore and the only thing worth reporting from his entire speech was his glaring hypocrisy.
“Now women, I just want you to know; you are not perfect, but what I can say pretty indisputably is that you’re better than us,” said Obama.
Women are better than men at what? Peeing standing up? Killing spiders? Opening pickle jars? I think not.
Well, everyone (women, men, service animals, sock puppets, imaginary friends) is indisputably better than Obama, but he was trying to throw the entire male gender under the bus.
“I’m absolutely confident that for two years if every nation on earth was run by women, you would see a significant improvement across the board on just about everything… living standards and outcomes,” he continued.
If Obama even remotely held this belief he would not have, as a man, sought the office of the U.S. presidency, defeating a woman on along the way. If a woman, any woman, could do a better job than a man, why didn’t he drop out and give it to Hillary?
The answer to this question is because when liberals say something ought to be a certain way, they don’t mean for it to apply to themselves.
Also, this broad generalization about gender is both wrong and sexist. There are some women who would do a great job as national leaders and there are some who would be terrible. Nikki Haley would be a better president than slacker doofus Beto O’Rourke and an economically-challenged woman who lied about being an Indian princess would be much worse than the guy who has created the best economy in a generation.
Somehow Obama made this even funnier when he took a veiled shot at his former VP Joe Biden:
“If you look at the world and look at the problems it’s usually old people, usually old men, not getting out of the way,” said Obama.
Joe Biden is a 77-year-old career politician who is currently running for President of the United States. In other words, he’s an old man who refuses to get out of the way. I guess we now understand why Obama refuses to endorse him.
“It is important for political leaders to try and remind themselves that you are there to do a job, but you are not there for life, you are not there in order to prop up your own sense of self importance or your own power,” Obama said.
Hey look at that, he took a veiled shot at Nancy Pelosi too. She’s been in office forever and her only purpose is to cling to power to feed her ego. Actually, this might be Obama accidentally revealing that Pelosi is a man, since his whole point was that women are better than men. I don’t see a lot of shocked faces out there.
Of course Obama is going to say that women are better than men and should run the world. He’s married to an outside linebacker who identifies as a woman and would beat the hell out of him if he didn’t say it. Sure, Obama is completely full of crap, but this bit of BS is probably a result of self-preservation.
