We first met Reeaz Khan in Def-Con News’ The Week in WTF? column as the scumbag who claimed he fell down and his penis accidentally raped a woman. As it turns out, he not only sexually assaulted a 92-year-old woman but killed her. This story has so many layers like a rotting onion because Khan is an illegal alien and if that weren’t bad enough, NYPD had him in custody prior to the attack but ignored an ICE detainer and released him to commit murder.
Fox News reports that 21-year-old Reeaz Khan is an illegal alien from Guyana. In November of last year Reeaz was arrested in in NYC on weapons and assault charges. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a detainer on him to process him for deportation but NYC is a sanctuary for illegals and Reeaz was set free.
On January 6 of this year, less than 2 months after NYC let him go, he raped and murdered 92-year-old Maria Fuertes. When he was first arrested Khan claimed that he found Fuertes laying on the ground. He said he bent over to help her when he lost his balance. During the fall he said his belt broke, his pants flew off and his penis accidentally ended up in her vagina.
The truth of the matter is he stalked her, knocked her down, raped her, and left her to die in the cold. When she was found, she was partially undressed, with a broken spine, broken ribs, and fractured chest and neck. She had been laying in sub-freezing temperatures for two hours after the attack and was transported to the hospital where she died of her injuries.
Khan was arrested and charged with murder, sexual abuse, contact by forcible compulsion, and sexual abuse against a person incapable of consent.
ICE has placed another detainer on Khan. Thomas R. Decker, field office director for ICE’s Removal Operations, had a few choice words about NYC’s sanctuary polices that let Khan go so he could rape and murder:
“It was a deadly choice to release a man on an active ICE detainer back onto the streets after his first arrest included assault and weapon charges, and he now faces new charges, including murder. New York City’s sanctuary policies continue to threaten the safety of all residents of the five boroughs they repeatedly protect criminal aliens who show little regard for the laws of this nation,” said Decker.
NYC should be charged with murder and rape as well since the city is directly responsible for this. Also, the woman’s family should sue the hell out of the city for wrongful death. If the city had turned this violent illegal alien over to ICE, he would have been deported and Maria Fuertes would still be alive.
Sadly, NYC is getting worse. Not only do they have sanctuary policy, but they just eliminated cash bail, meaning that when people are arrested, they are set free on their own recognizance. They already had hate crimes and bank robberies committed by scumbags with in minutes of being set free. The rapes and murders are coming soon.
