CNN doesn’t like being called fake news. They don’t hate it enough to actually start reporting real news, but nonetheless the “fake news” tag bothers them. One of the many consequences of being a joke is that no one takes you serious. CNN reporter Manu Raju was pestering Arizona Republican Senator Martha McSally so she called him a “liberal hack” and kept walking. Instead of taking stock of being the laughingstock of the cable news world, CNN decided to cry a lot and accuse McSally of being a big meanie.
Here’s Raju getting put in his place by McSally at the Capitol:

Then came Raju’s tears:
Sen. Martha McSally, a Republican facing a difficult election race, lashed out when I asked if she would consider new evidence as part of the Senate trial. “You’re a liberal hack – I’m not talking to you. You’re a liberal hack.” She then walked into a hearing room.

McSally defended her comments with this response:

So CNN attacked McSally:

Unbecoming? CNN is accusing someone of improper behavior? The must have forgotten the dozens of times they’ve been busted and/or sued for reporting fake news in the past couple of years. CNN claims they are news outlet but they report fake news so they definitely ain’t doing their job. Martha McSally represents the people of Arizona, not CNN, so her calling one of their reporters a “liberal hack” isn’t a betrayal of her sworn duties.
And guess what? Manu Raju is a liberal hack and CNN is fake news. Check this video out from last year when democrat Ilhan Omar was rude to Raju:

After Omar looked at Raju with disgust and asked, “what is wrong with you?” he never sent out a tweet complaining that she hurt his feelings. Also, CNN never issued a statement declaring Omar’s behavior as “extremely unbecoming” for a U.S. Rep. They also didn’t scold Omar for mistreating a member of the press who was just trying to do his job.
In CNN’s defense, Martha McSally is a white Republican, while Ilhan Omar is a Muslim democrat woman of color, so they probably have liberal double-standard immunity from looking like giant hypocrites. Oh wait, never mind. This is yet another example of how CNN is fake news.
CNN reporters were actually having a very bad day on Thursday. Here’s President Trump shutting CNN’s White House Correspondent Jim Acosta the hell up:

That’s how you do it. Martha McSally’s heart was in the right place, but she still much to learn from the master in shutting down the fake news.
