As Vice President, Joe Biden threatened to withhold aide to Ukraine if they didn’t fire a prosecutor that was investigating a company his crackhead son was a board member of. Democrats impeached President Trump, claiming he did pretty much the same thing (he didn’t). As Trump’s Senate impeachment trial begins, chances are Joe Biden’s corruption is going to come up so the former VP and current presidential candidate is warning the media that they better not report on the thing he admitted on video to doing. More than likely the liberal media will honor Joe’s demands.
President Trump calls the liberal media “fake news” when they report false information is accused of destroying the freedom of the press and putting journalists’ lives in danger. Joe Biden can tell the liberal media what they are allowed to report and there isn’t a peep about him destroying the 1st Amendment or killing reporters. The proof? Biden issued this memo to members of the press letting them know he, his son Hunter, and Ukraine are off limits.
After claiming that the media has “thoroughly debunked” the fact that he threatened to withhold aid to Ukraine if they didn’t fire the prosecutor investigating his son Hunter’s company, Biden issued his orders to the media:
Republicans will play this broken record over and over again during the Senate trial. Based on the immense volume of independent sources that have refuted these claims, we believe that, for the purpose of not misinforming readers and viewers and not engaging in partisan propaganda, any media organization referencing, reporting on, or repeating these claims must state clearly and unambiguously that they have been discredited and debunked by authoritative sources…
It is not sufficient to say the allegations are “unsubstantiated” or that “no evidence has emerged to support them.” Not only is there “no evidence” for Republicans’ main argument against the Vice President — there is a mountain of evidence that actively debunks it. And it is malpractice to ignore that truth.
That last paragraph was bold because Biden really believes he has the authority to tell the media what they are allowed to report and how they can report it.
Somehow he made this worse. First he wrote this:
No political entity – not the the Republican Party nor the Democratic Party, not the Biden campaign nor the Trump campaign – can ever be allowed to act as your editors
Then he proceeded to act as the media’s editor with this demand:
But to fail to make clear that the conspiracy theory and false accusations about Joe Biden have been comprehensively disproven, to artificially prop-up these egregious lies based on the “principle” that if partisans make accusations, they have to be treated as legitimate regardless of the facts, is to make you an enabler of misinformation.
The truth must drive the way that information is reported to the public — especially in this era of gaslighting, rampant lies and disinformation. Now more than ever, the American people rely on the media to sort fact from fiction and truth from lies.
President Trump has called out the liberal media when they have published and broadcast false stories that had to be retracted. For this the liberal media claims Trump is attacking the free press. President Trump has never once demanded that the media report or bury stories, but Joe Biden just did. Where’s the fainting and pearl-clutching that Biden is attacking the free press?
And the thing is, Biden really did threaten to withhold aid to Ukraine in exchange for something that benefited him personally. Biden’s son Hunter worked for Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holding, despite having no expertise is natural gas. He did have expertise in having a dad who was vice president of the United States at the time however.
Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was heading an extensive investigation into Burisma and Joe Biden got him fired with a threat to withhold a billion dollars in loan guarantees to Ukraine, something that greatly benefited his scumbag son who was paid millions for his influential last name. Biden even bragged about this on video:
“I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion.’ I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a bitch. He got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time.” Biden said he told then Ukraine president Petro Poroshenko.
Far from being “thoroughly debunked” Biden has confessed to this extortion scheme. He has admitted to doing what democrats said, but failed to prove, President Trump did.
And what makes Biden the biggest piece of shit in all of politics, he’s demanding that the media completely ignore his confession and the facts surrounding his corruption and abuse of power by telling them they aren’t allowed to report on this.
