Like Tom Steyer earlier in the day, Pete Buttigieg dropped out of the democratic primary race on Sunday. Also like Steyer, he was never going to win, but this comes just two days before Super Tuesday in which 14 states will hold primaries. Many people in those primary states have already voted and presumably some of them cast a wasted ballot for either Steyer of Buttigieg. What this really proves is that early voting is absolutely stupid. There’s a pretty good reason why there is an election day and not an election month.

Former Mayor Pete Buttigieg suspended his presidential campaign Sunday in an effort to unite his fractured party, a campaign aide for the Democrat told Fox News.
Campaign staffers for the former mayor of South Bend, Ind., announced earlier Sunday he’s ending his presidential campaign in an abrupt and surprising pullout that further narrowed the field of Democrats less than a month after he declared victory in the contested Iowa caucuses.
It doesn’t cost Buttigieg a dime to stay in the race until Super Tuesday where he will more than likely pick up some delegates. It’s extra-stupid considering he actually won the Iowa caucus and finished strong in New Hampshire. He’s doing a hell of a lot better than Elizabeth Warren and Michael Bloomberg and they haven’t dropped out.
Buttigieg explained that he’s trying to bring the democrats together, which is a complete load.
“Buttigieg wants to unite the party right now and he thinks that getting out of the race before Super Tuesday is the best way to do that,” a Buttigieg aide told Fox News.
President Trump among others believes that Buttigieg was coaxed to quit to help stop Bernie Sanders’ socialist freight train:

The thinking here is that all of the moderate democrats who supported Biden will switch to Biden in an effort to keep commie Bernie Sanders from winning the party’s nomination.
Here’s the flaw in that plan: many of the Super Tuesday states have early voting and there’s already hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of ballots turned in. Those votes that went to Buttigieg and Steyer cannot now be turned over to Biden votes.
Democrats push early voting as a way to make elections more accessible to minorities because apparently black people have a hard time voting on a specific date. In another example of shitty democratic policies having negative consequences, earlier voting has actually robbed people of having their vote count.
With Buttigieg gone, the democrats have now successfully rid themselves of anything that looks like diversity. They quickly dispatched with all of the people of color and now the token gay dude is out. I guess Tulsi Gabbard is technically still in the race, but the democrats are trying really hard to pretend she doesn’t exist because Hillary Clinton called her a Russian asset.
Speaking of Hillary, after she got her ass kicked in 2016, democrats said they need to get some youth and diversity to take on Trump in 2020. Instead they are offering up a bunch of old white people, most of who are too old to even be Baby Boomers.
