Since the coronavirus hysteria started I’ve been waiting for 2 things: 1) A liberal pundit to claim Trump is going to use the coronavirus outbreak to cancel the November election and become President for life and 2) A liberal pundit demanding that President Trump be charged with murder for his handling of the coronavirus outbreak. The second one just happened and it’s a not a coincidence that “number two” is synonymous with “shit.” An NBC legal analyst is looking for ways that Trump could be prosecuted for murder over his handling of the coronavirus.
Glenn Kirschner is a former federal prosecutor and legal analyst for both NBC and MSNBC (he’s a double-threat). Here he proves that you can’t spell “analyst” without “anal”:
Hey All. Can we talk about 1 of the few topics I may actually know too much about: homicide? Specifically, whether Donald Trump may have criminal exposure for some level of negligent homicide or voluntary/involuntary manslaughter for the way he’s mishandled the Coronavirus crisis

I spent 22 of my 30 years as a federal prosecutor handling murder cases in Washington, DC. I served as Chief of the Homicide Section at the DC US Attorney’s Office, overseeing all murder prosecutions in the city. I was always on the lookout for novel ways to apply homicide …

homicide liability. This is not an easy question. Further, whereas the evidence is clear that Trump has committed multiple criminal offenses both before his tenure as president (campaign finance crimes) & during his time as president (obstruction of justice, bribery/extortion)…

homicide liability by his negligent/grossly negligent (and/or possibly intentional) mishandling of the Coronavirus crisis in the US is a more nuanced and thorny issue and deserves careful consideration. But the homicide liability issue MUST be addressed because …

ALL criminal charges will have to be investigated and, if the evidence dictates it, prosecuted come Jan. 2021. Stay tuned … #TrumpCrimesCommission #TCC #JusticeIsComing

Wow, I wonder how many innocent people this clown sent to the electric chair. That is the single dumbest tweet storm in the history of Twitter and stupidity.
Never mind that he’s a former prosecutor, he claims he’s looking for ways to prosecute the current President of the United States for the spread of a flu-like virus. If that were a possibility, surly Barack Obama would have been charged with the tens of thousands of American deaths from swine flu, bird flu, SARS, MERS, and everything that spread during his 8-year reign of uselessness.
If Kirschner really wants to find some murder to prosecute with his non-existent murder-prosecuting powers, look no further than Hillary Clinton. That psycho broad has bodies in the crawlspace and her finger prints are all over the murder weapons.
As Def-Con News already reported, coronavirus is hitting Trump Derangement Syndrome sufferers particularly hard. I can’t wait to see what insanity tomorrow brings.
