CNN anchor Chris Cuomo launched into a tirade yesterday, basically saying he hates his job and thinks it’s beneath him. Today he attempted to walk that back by claiming he loves his job and never said he hated it, despite audio being available with his exact words. Fake News Fredo found a way to use fake news to excuse his utter fakeness. And with that, he is now a fake news Jedi.
On his own SiriusXM radio show, Cuomo decided he was sick and tired of working at CNN:
“I don’t want to spend my time doing things that I don’t think are valuable enough to me personally. I don’t value indulging irrationality, hyper-partisanship,”said Cuomo.
If you don’t value irrationality and hyper-partisanship, don’t work for CNN. Duh. Apparently Cuomo is having second thoughts about that.
“I don’t like what I do professionally. I don’t think it’s worth my time,” Cuomo said.
Cuomo’s gripe, or at least one of them is he can’t tell people who hate him to f*ck off.
“I don’t want some jackass, loser, fat tire biker being able to pull over and get in my space and talk bullshit to me, I don’t want to hear it,” said Cuomo. “I want to be able to tell you to go to hell, to shut your mouth … I don’t get that doing what I do for a living. Me being able to tell you to shut your mouth or I will do you the way you guys do each other.”
He wants to do guys the way guys do guys? He cohosts with gay sexual predator Don Lemon, so I would imagine that’s something that’s on the table.
Here’s the thing that blew me away about this rant:
“That matters to me more than making millions of dollars a year … because I’ve saved my money and I don’t need it anymore,” Cuomo said.
CNN pays this hack millions of dollars a year to be a douchebag? Life is truly unfair.
Cuomo went on to say that he doesn’t want to talk to lying politicians and then said President Trump is, “full of shit by design.”
Speaking of being full of shit, Cuomo tried to clarity his remarks on Tuesday, again on his SiriusXM radio show. In explaining his “I don’t like what I do professionally. I don’t think it’s worth my time” remark, he claimed it never happened:
“It’s not true. I never said it,” claimed Cuomo.
Well yeah, you did. You absolutely did say this.
Cuomo went on to say that he’s frustrated as a “journalist” that politicians lie to him or something:
“It is frustrating to do this job in an environment where people are not interested and open. It is hard to practice journalism when people are so intent on believing what they want to believe for political advantage. It makes you question: Is it worth the effort? Can I make a difference? Can I personally make a difference? Is the way I’m doing this working?” Cuomo asked.
To recap: Cuomo said he hates his job and feels it’s beneath him, only to claim he never said that but he doesn’t like people lying to him. Oh, and also he thinks he practices journalism.
Nobody has ever been this full of shit or full of shit in such a full of shit way. I can see why he is now the fake news master, but it still blows my mind that he makes millions of dollars a year doing it.
