Tyrants Gone Wild

The corona virus gave many of the so-called leaders in this country an opportunity to reveal their true selves. Many may have suspected before, but now all doubt has been removed: They’re vicious tyrants.

Across the country, many mayors, governors, and congressional leaders have demonstrated just what control freaks they really are. Gavin Newsom, head tyrant of California, has closed all beaches. No, you can’t enjoy the waves, salt air, and sunlight—all virus destroyers—because he said so. He’s going to tell all Californians what they can and cannot do. Shut up and obey!

Michigan’s governor Gretchen Whitmer is a real piece of work. She denounced those who protested the lockdown as ‘racist.’ She made sure every Walmart store taped off their gardening sections because she considers them ’non essential.’ She gets to decide what you can and cannot buy.

New York City Mayor Bill De Blasio is having a field day. He wants his city locked down until at least July. Probably after July 4th so Americans can’t get together and celebrate Independence Day. The mayor crossed the line by threatening Jews who were holding prayer meetings and funerals. He instructed the police to ‘round them up!’

Many sheriffs and policeman have been behaving disgracefully. I saw a video in which the local sheriff and his deputy threatened a mother because her child went next door to play with a neighbor child. Oh no, can’t have that kind of freedom! The sheriff could have ignored it enforcing such an unconstitutional directive, but no…they love arresting, fining, and yelling at the sheeple. They are in tyrant heaven.

The worst tyrant of them all is the sociopath Bill Gates. His 100 billion dollar fortune has enabled him to greatly influence the medical field in a global manner, even though Bill is not trained in medicine. He doesn’t have a medical degree or even a college degree. He does have experience in dirty dealing. He was a ruthless businessman who shafted other programmers as he cobbled together a buggy and virus-riddled windows operating system. Now that squeaky-voiced geek…that nerd…that unelected ‘authority’ … that TYRANT…wants to control us all through a vile vaccine with built-in tracking technology. If you don’t take his shot, you won’t be able to travel or work. We must not let Kill Bill have his way.

A horrific and dystopian future awaits us all if we don’t start pushing back against the tyrants. We don’t need their permission to be human beings.

The Tyrannical Soul of Gretchen Whitmer

Somehow Michigan’s governor, and others like her, will have to be compelled to respect the rule of law and the rights of the people.

When Abraham Lincoln issued his Emancipation Proclamation he was criticized by abolitionists for not issuing a more sweeping order. He refused to do so, asking “If I take the step, must I not do so . . . without any argument, except the one that I think the measure politically expedient, and morally right? Would I not thus give up all footing upon constitution or law? Would I not thus be in the boundless field of absolutism? Could this pass unnoticed, or unresisted?”

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer stepped into this boundless field at the end of April. The legislature refused to extend her emergency powers as required by the Emergency Management Act of 1976, so she granted herself the extension the legislature refused. She declared a new, separate state of emergency under a dubious interpretation of the Emergency Powers to the Governor Act of 1945, and granted herself the extension the legislature refused. Sound statutory construction dictates that when two statutes cover exactly the same ground, the more recent statute governs, and the more recent statute limits the governor’s power to 28 days unless extended by the legislature.

Even if both laws are still fully operative, they must be read in a way that is not nonsensical. Whitmer’s construction of the two acts effectively reads, “The governor’s emergency power shall extend no longer than 28 days, unless extended by the legislature, unless the governor, according to her own unfettered will, shall choose to extend her own power, in which case it shall last as long as she pleases it to last.”

The 1976 statute obviously was intended to limit the duration of the governor’s emergency powers, and she has simply ignored that. The state of Michigan will be governed by Whitmer’s unlimited, arbitrary will until she deigns to allow the rule of law to resume.

In usurping power, Whitmer merely is revealing her nature, and it is far from unique in our history. In the antebellum American South, slaveowners and their apologists frequently asserted the relationship of master and slave was a paternal one, and that slaves were perpetual children who needed to be ruled absolutely for their own benefit. The difficulty is that adults cannot be ruled like children, for the simple reason that they are not children.

Adults can be ruled only politically, as equals, or despotically, as inferiors. Paternal rule, unlimited power exercised by one over another, when applied to adults, under whatever guise, is simply despotic rule—it is tyranny.

She has a tyrannical soul, and a tyrannical soul will yield to nothing but superior force.

San Francisco delivers alcohol, tobacco and weed to addicts quarantined in hotels

San Francisco is using private donations to deliver alcohol, tobacco and medical marijuana to a few dozen people dealing with addiction as they isolate or quarantine in city-leased hotel rooms during the pandemic, officials confirmed Wednesday.

There are about 270 people, mostly homeless, staying in hotel rooms to recover from COVID-19 or to wait out possible exposure to the virus. Nearly a dozen people have received alcohol and more than two dozen have received tobacco, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

City officials said that private donations pay for the items, and that helping manage nicotine, opioid and alcohol cravings ensures that recovering people don’t go out and possibly infect others.

Dr. Grant Colfax, San Francisco’s public health director, said the harm-reduction approach is widespread and based on decades of sound public health policy. “Our focus needs to be on supporting them,” he said of the people who are isolating or under quarantine.

For people experiencing alcohol withdrawal, the Department of Public Health calculates the minimum amount needed and delivers them with meals. The department also facilitates delivery of medication for people trying to kick heroin. The department does not help procure recreational marijuana.

Thanks, Democrat Distancers! The Number Of Jobs Lost In April Was More Than Double The Total Number Of Jobs Lost During The Last Recession

Yes, you read that headline correctly.  The economic downturn of 2008 and 2009 is often referred to as “the Great Recession” because the U.S. had not experienced economic pain of that magnitude since the Great Depression of the 1930s.  Millions of Americans lost their jobs, mortgage defaults soared and Wall Street was shaken to the core.  But as bad as things were during the last recession, things are even worse now.  To say that what we are witnessing is “unprecedented” doesn’t do it justice, because what is happening to the U.S. economy in 2020 is truly, truly horrifying, and many believe that what we have experienced so far is just the beginning.

ADP has been tracking private payrolls in the United States for many, many years, and each month their payroll report is watched very carefully by economists.

Prior to this year, the worst month in the history of the ADP report was in February 2009 when 834,665 jobs were shed from U.S. private payrolls.  Needless to say, that old record just got completely shattered…

Private payrolls hemorrhaged more than 20 million jobs in April as companies sliced workers amid a coronavirus-induced shutdown that took most of the U.S. economy offline, according to a report Wednesday from ADP.

In all, the decline totaled 20,236,000 — easily the worst loss in the survey’s history going back to 2002 but not as bad as the 22 million that economists surveyed by Dow Jones had been expecting. The previous record was 834,665 in February 2009 amid the financial crisis and accompanying Great Recession.

So what this means is that the number of private payroll jobs lost in the United States last month was more than 24 times greater than the previous all-time record.

In fact, the number of private payroll jobs lost last month was more than double the total number of jobs lost during the last recession…

“Job losses of this scale are unprecedented,” said Ahu Yildirmaz, co-head of the ADP Research Institute, which compiles the report in conjunction with Moody’s Analytics. “The total number of job losses for the month of April alone was more than double the total jobs lost during the Great Recession.”

We have never seen an unemployment spike like this ever before, and we may never see a spike quite like it ever again.

Of course there are some people out there that have been quick to remind me that many of these job losses are “temporary” and that millions of Americans will soon be going back to work.

Yes, as states begin to end their lockdowns the U.S. economy will regain millions of the jobs that have been lost.

But there are also millions of jobs that we aren’t ever going to get back.  The following comes from a Bloomberg article entitled “Layoffs Start Turning From Temporary to Permanent Across America”…

Plenty of layoffs that just a month ago were labeled “temporary” are now tagged “indefinite” or “permanent.” Alongside announcements of sweeping staff cuts by major employers such as Boeing Co. and U.S. Steel Corp. and the accelerating pace of downsizing in brick-and-mortar retailing, such notices are a sign that even as businesses continue to hope for a speedy recovery, they are starting to plan for a slow one.

I personally know quite a few people that have permanently lost their jobs, and you probably do too.

Fever-detecting Drones and Other Intrusive Practices Grow Under COVID-19

Fever-reading drones, thermal cameras, and other coronavirus policies are part of “a looming wave of intrusive technology and constitutionally questionable measures pushed by governments — from local to state to federal — under the mission of protecting a fearful community,” reports the Miami Herald.

As bad as state and local lockdowns have been, the means of enforcing them are even worse. Not content merely to rely on busybodies to report violators, governments are violating people’s privacy in both low- and high-tech ways, and only strong resistance is keeping them from turning much of America into a surveillance state.

On the low-tech end of the spectrum lie reporting requirements. Local boards of health in several states began sharing with first responders the addresses of individuals known to have contracted COVID-19, allegedly “to ensure effective and continued operation of public health and safety services,” as Massachusetts Department of Public Health Commissioner Monica Bharel put it.

“It seems kind of intrusive. It’s private health information that is going to be shared and stored. It’s sort of like what’s happening in China,” Caleb Kruckenberg of the New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA) told the Herald. “I’m worried they’re going to say things like stay home. Or you have to stay home or you’re subject to arrest.”

Those worries are well-founded. “Chinese who don’t agree to constant surveillance are forced to lock down in their homes, or face arrest,” notes the paper. In France, people have to carry papers proving they have permission to be in a public place. And even in America, people are subject to arrest for such activities as surfing, taking their kids to the playground, or attending house parties.

Kansas City, Missouri, has taken reporting requirements to yet another level, requiring “nonessential” businesses and churches, as a condition of reopening, to keep lists of names and contact information for people who enter their premises, supposedly so the city health department can respond quickly to reports of coronavirus outbreaks.

The intrusiveness of these mandates, however, is nothing compared to privacy-invading technologies governments have employed — or attempted to employ — during the COVID-19 panic.

The cities of Daytona Beach, Florida, and Westport, Connecticut, both proudly announced that they would be flying drones that were capable of taking a person’s temperature — and thus giving a preliminary indication that the individual had COVID-19 — from hundreds of feet in the air.

“If I zoom in on a crowd of people and … everybody was 98.6 degrees … and somebody has a 102 fever, he would be red in a crowd of orange people,” Sergeant Tim Ehrenfauker told the Daytona Beach News-Journal.

Moreover, writes the Herald, “Draganfly, the Canadian company that built the drone, offered literature that said the technology could also take heart and respiratory rates, find people sneezing and coughing in crowds and detect ‘infectious conditions from a distance of 190 feet.’”

Pressure from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Connecticut caused Westport to scuttle its plan entirely. After the NCLA threatened a lawsuit, Daytona Beach police claimed that while they were flying the drones, they weren’t using the temperature data for COVID-19 monitoring. Southern Florida law-enforcement agencies offered similar assurances when contacted by the Herald.

Governments are also using cameras to monitor compliance with their coronavirus dictates. According to the BBC, Cannes, France, has cameras in outdoor markets and buses that “include an automatic alert to city authorities and police where breaches of the mask and distancing rules are spotted,” though allegedly no facial recognition or data storage — and that’s under the city’s relaxed virus rules. The Miami criminal courthouse has installed cameras that can detect individuals’ body temperatures.

WHY is Nobody Investigating Bill Gates?

I believe based upon his conduct, Bill Gates is such an elitist he lacks wisdom. He sees the world only through the lens of his climate change philosophy which was instilled in him by his father who obviously was a believer in Malthus. He is no scientist, knows nothing about economics no less history, and even admits that in his interview with the London FT. Politicians are attracted to money like bugs to pretty blue lights. They lack any comprehension of economics or history, so our fate has been handed to the most unqualified group of people probably in recorded history. That said, Gates will find his ideas of pressing the people to forge his new world order of ZERO CO2 will lead to massive violence. He may go down in history for killing more people than the ideas from Karl Marx.

I know so many people will hate what I am about to say, but here it goes anyway. Our greatest hope remains Donald Trump. Why? Make no mistake about it, Bill Gates meets with world leaders around the globe. They are impressed by his money and hope to hit him up. Money will not buy Trump and that is why he does not get along with Trump — he cannot be bought. What is interesting is that Gates has not met with Trump since he became president. He did meet with him at Trump Tower when he was president-elect. The meeting was claimed to have been about technology, but in fact, it was Gates trying to manipulate Trump into promoting his climate change agenda which failed. Ever since that meeting, Gates has been opposed to Trump and works to undermine him whenever possible.

Gates meets world leaders around the globe. He is there for only two possible reasons: (1) pitch his vaccine/climate change, and/or (2) offer political donations/favors to achieve his end goals.

Gates openly meets with many other world leaders who are willing to help him in his climate change/virus agenda. He was even given a residency in Estonia. He has met with just about every European leader including Portugal’s leader who is a staunch supporter of the lockdown and anti-Trump.

Bill Gates gives more money to the World Health Organization than every other government except the United States, which Trump has suspended and should TERMINATE. Gates ends up controlling the very money US taxpayers hand the WHO for they do whatever Gates directs them.

Exactly what is Gate’s agenda? He is not a medical doctor, an economist, and even admits he has no idea about economic history. He is not a scientist on climate, and he never wrote the program DOS that made Microsoft — he bought it for peanuts. He has basically shut down meat production but conveniently has investments in meat substitutes. In fact, Bill Gates and Leonardo DiCaprio joined forces, not just in climate change, but in promoting meat substitutes because cattle eat grass and emit CO2.

Gates has huge investments in vaccine companies. If he vaccinates the entire world and made just $1 from each person, that is $7.5 billion. This is a huge violation of the Securities Exchange Act as he has major conflicts of interest that are undisclosed. If I did that without disclosing my conflicts, I would go to jail for 20 years.

Gates obviously has scared the hell out of people running around TV worldwide, advocating lockdowns, and then justifies his actions by saying people do not want to leave their homes. He has destroyed more jobs than any invader in history, has set in motion massive food shortages which may help his reduction in population for rebuilding a ZERO CO2 environment. He has no respect for democracy nor how he has destroyed people’s pensions.

You cannot vaccinate the entire world. He cannot be that stupid. This is really about destroying the economy for Climate Change. The CDC’s data shows that the very best vaccines are only 60% effective. There will NEVER be 100% guarantees. Then the formula has to change every year. So this is something he intends to use to rule the world and sell his vaccines yearly. For what? Around $15 to $50 billion annually? Vaccines are NOT 100% safe and they are endless for every new virus mutation would require another vaccine. Is he trying to imprison all of society and depopulate the world so he can have more than 3 children?

God help us. Will some government PLEASE investigate? If he really believes what he is saying, how many people will starve and how many domestic violence cases will there be? How much sexual abuse against children will take place? He takes no responsibility for any of this.

Then we have city and states who intend to raise property taxes more than 30% to compensate for their lost revenue already. Without jobs, 30% of mortgages do belly-up. Real estate crashes! What about more than 50 million people losing their jobs in the USA alone? Less than 1 million people were diagnosed with this virus. That does not warrant quarantining the world. Never in human history has that EVER been done! More than 30% of Americans will lose their homes who have mortgages. Does he care about any of this? That alone proves he is a dangerous elitist, yet the press licks the groups he has already walked on.

Police State Goons Raid Peaceful Protest In Texas, Arrest Bar Owner

Armed protestors supporting a local bar owner violating the governor’s orders against opening were arrested in West Odessa Monday by law enforcement.

More than 20 people attended a local protest with assistance from Open Texas, a group that has traveled around the state with weapons, trying to help businesses that the Governor deemed “non-essential” reopen their doors.

Members of the protest coming from a rally at Anytime Fitness in Odessa showed up to Big Daddy Zane’s Bar at around 5 p.m. Monday with loaded “AR-15 type weapons” which they said they did not intend to use, but only had because it represented their Second Amendment rights. They said they carried in defense of the bar’s First Amendment rights.

Open Texas member and online personal trainer Philip Archibald, 29, was not arrested and said members of the group helped defend a hair salon owner opening in Dallas and an Ice House owner in Houston.

At around 1p.m. Friday, Archibald posted a Facebook Live while driving to Odessa saying that before attending the protest at Big Daddy Zane’s, he would be attending a rally at Anytime Fitness hosted by the owner, Clint Gillispie who previously told the Odessa American in a phone interview that the Executive Order, which prevents his business from opening is unconstitutional.

In the Facebook Live, Archibald said, “When we help businesses open up, support them. We get them some revenue and we get them back on their feet. We are only going to reopen the country by empowering people and helping them stand up and getting them back off their knees.”

He added that the unfortunate thing with the lockdown is that it, “Broke a lot of people financially and we gotta help them bounce back right now before we all become financially dependent on the government and penniless and a third-world country because we ran out of funds,” he said.

Law enforcement drove behind the bar where owner Gabrielle Ellison, 47, had told armed protestors to stand because it was not considered her business property, but was her private property behind the bar.

Multiple ECSO Deputies and Texas Troopers drove their vehicles including an Armored Personnel Carrier behind the bar and pointed guns at the armed protesters telling them to put their hand’s up.

Those who were carrying guns were handcuffed and transported to the Ector County Detention Center. ECSO Sheriff Mike Griffis said in a phone interview that six people were arrested for felony unlawfully carrying a weapon on a licensed premise, Ellison was arrested for violation of the Governor’s order and one bystander was arrested for interfering with duties of a peace officer. Eight people were arrested in total.

Chinese Government Lays Off Entire Propaganda Team As American Media Doing Their Job For Them

BEIJING—The Chinese government has laid off its entire propaganda arm, cutting thousands of jobs at China Central Television and other state-run media outlets as the American media is already doing their job for them.

“It seemed kinda redundant for us to have a state-run media when we have the American press,” said President Xi at a press conference Monday. “The American media is carrying water for us. It’s pretty incredible. We unleashed a virus on the world and lied about it for months, and the American press can’t stop praising us. As long as they make their orange leader look bad, they’ll repeat any line we feed them.”

“Really, we Commies could learn a lot from the propaganda of the press over in America,” he added admiringly.

The Communist dictator sat the nervous, state-owned journalists down and asked them, “What would you say you do there?” to which they responded, “We take the propaganda and tell it to the people.” But President Xi wasn’t fooled, saying that the American press already does that and the redundancy would be eliminated.

Luckily for the state-owned journalists and broadcasters who lost their jobs in China today, CNN was hiring.
