In major cites across the country (run by democrats) there was massive violence and bloodshed over the 4th of July weekend. Much of this was black-on-black violence associated with Black Lives Matter “protests.” Naturally the democratic mayors of these cities are blaming anyone but the people committing the violence or the liberal leadership in the cities. Actually, the coronavirus and President Trump are getting the brunt of the blame here because…why not?
Since the “peaceful” George Floyd protests began a little more than a month ago, shootings are up 130% in New York City. Over the 4th of July weekend, at least 44 people were shot, with 8 deaths. Fox News reports jackass mayor Bill de Blasio has nailed down the culprit for this unprecedented violence.
“I want to talk about what happened this weekend. Many were out there celebrating, but we saw too much violence, and we have a lot of work to do to address it,” said de Blasio adding, “There is not one cause for something like this.”
But as it turns out, de Blasio did have one case for the violence:
“This is directly related to coronavirus,” de Blasio said. “As we’re getting into warmer and warmer weather, we’re feeling the effects of people being cooped up for months, the economy hasn’t restarted – we have a real problem here.”
And that problem is, according to de Blasio, that when people are bored they shoot and kill each other:
“People are cooped up, they don’t have the normal things to engage their lives,” said de Blasio.
De Blasio did cut $1 billion from the NYPD budget and has told the police to stand down while scumbags destroy the city, but yeah, it’s totally the coronavirus shooting the shit out of the city.
In Chicago over the weekend 67 people were shot, with 13 killed including some young children. Mayor Lori Lightfoot was asked why she thought there was so much violence in her city and took the Bill de Blasio route:
“All of these forces are coming together at the same time and making it very difficult. The ecosystem of public safety that isn’t just law enforcement but is local, community-based, they, too, have really been hit hard by COVID and are now just kind of coming back online and getting their footing,” said Lightfoot.
So what explains all of the violence, shootings, and death in Chicago before the coronavirus hit? Lightfoot didn’t address this clear flaw in her liberal blame game.
Atlanta also had a very violent weekend with 31 people getting shot and 5 people, including an 8-year-old girl dying.
“This is probably the most challenged, most violent weekend that I could recall,” said interim Atlanta Police Chief Rodney Bryant.
Atlanta’s Mayor Keisha Lance-Bottoms could have blamed coronavirus for the violence in her city, but she had a different culprit in mind:

“We talk about systemic racism and trauma and anxiety and all these things that are happening in out communities and it is this convergence and I hate to use the word ‘perfect storm’ but it’s where we are in this country right now and you think about the leadership or the lack thereof that we have coming from the highest office in the land,” said Lance-Bottoms.
“Perfect storm” is 2 words, but also…holy shit! This crazy woman is blaming President Trump and racism for black people gunning down other black people. She’s blaming a couple of black thugs who shot a little girl to death on something other than the 2 black thugs who did it, which is insane.
Is it a coincidence that all of these cities have been run by democrats for generations and they are violent shitholes? Is it also a coincidence that the democrats who have run these violent shitholes for generations blame everyone but themselves for the the violent shittiness of their cities?
