The liberal media will not criticize Joe Biden. They won’t even report on Biden’s daily gaffes and brain farts because they are democratic party propaganda, trying to hide the former VP’s complete lack of cognitive ability. Now, a liberal group has filed a compliant with the Department of Justice alleging that any criticism of Joe Biden is a crime. Seriously some lefty group fired off a bitchy letter to the special counsel’s office, saying White House advisor Stephen Miller is guilty of a crime for offering legitimate criticism of Joe Biden.
From the files of You-Couldn’t-Make-This-Up, a leftist group known as Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) sent a letter to special counsel Henry Kerner accusing Stephen Miller of a crime.
Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (“CREW”) respectfully requests that the Office of Special Counsel (“OSC”) investigate whether Assistant to the President and Senior Policy Advisor Stephen Miller violated the Hatch Act by participating in a media interview given in his official capacity and in which he discussed government business, but also expressed his political views about presumptive Democratic nominee for president, Joe Biden. By giving this televised interview that mixed official government business with political views about a candidate for partisan political office from the grounds of the White House, Mr. Miller appears to have used his official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the result of an election. His statement in this interview constitutes political activity prohibited by law.
The Hatch Act basically says that employees of the federal government cannot campaign while acting in their official government position. The Obama administration violated this approximately one million times and nobody ever pitched a fit, but now that Trump is President, it’s an outrage.
And what exactly did Miller say that was a crime according to these selectively outraged liberal ding-dongs? Well…this:
“Well as you know Joe Biden is stuck in a basement somewhere and he just emerges every now and again and somebody hands him a notecard and he says whatever his 23 year old staffer tells him to say and then, he dutifully disappears to be seen a week later. As for former President Obama the reality is that for eight years he delivered nothing but failure and betrayal to the people of this country,” said Miller.
What about that statement isn’t 100% true? Even better, how is this electioneering or attempting to influence the election? The answer to both those questions is: liberals are full of shit.
During Obama’s 8-year reign of ineptitude, the liberals told us that any appropriate criticism of the first African American president was racist. Now they are telling us that making an astute observation of Joe Biden’s basement dwelling is a federal crime.
Stephen Miller made this statement on Fox News on July 31. This idiot liberal group filed this compliant on July 31. Biden’s rapid response team isn’t f*cking around. I suspect that when and if Trump and Biden debate, Joe’s team will be filing lawsuits in real time to keep the former VP from having to answer tough questions and to cover up his dementia.
Miller observed that Biden is hiding in his basement to avoid embarrassing himself in public. This complaint from the “CREW” actually reinforces the idea that Crazy Joe is hiding from the voters. If he had any cognitive ability, he wouldn’t need liberal groups bullying legitimate criticism of him out of existence.
