4 months of violent riots and looting have failed to defeat racism, mostly because it’s a liberal fear tactic to control minorities, but don’t worry, both Barbi and Elmo are stepping in. The Mattel doll and Sesame Street character, in separate crusades, are vowing to destroy racism once and for all. This is what happens when the left jumps the guy who is jumping the shark.
Dumb shit always comes in twos. Here’s part one from Advanced Television:
Sesame Workshop, the non-profit educational organisation behind Sesame Street, will address racism – and model how children can stand up to it – in The Power of We: A Sesame Street Special.
Designed as a co-viewing experience for children and families, the special will stream on HBO Max and PBS KIDS in the US October 15th, and debut on PBS stations the same day. The special will also re-air throughout October and November on PBS stations and the PBS KIDS 24/7 channel. The Power of We features Elmo and Abby Cadabby, who are joined by 6-year-old Muppet Gabrielle and her cousin, 8-year-old Tamir, as they learn how to become “upstanders” to unfair treatment based on skin – or fur – colour.
No longer the patron saint of inappropriate touching of children, Elmo is now the champion of racial justice.
Just in case Sesame Street fills to kick racism in the nuts, Barbie is getting on on the action with this ridiculous video:
“There is a huge movement going on. Millions of people across the world are standing up to fight against racism, and they’re doing this because too often and for such a long time, people have been treated unfairly, and in some cases even hurt by others, because of the color of their skin,” said Barbie.
After going first because she is white, Barbie then handed things off to her subordinate black sidekick Nikki.
“People might think that my life looks fine but the truth is I and so many other black people have to deal with racism all the time,” said Nikki.
Nikki says the the racism she faces is “hurtful” and then tells a story about the horrors she has faced.
“Barbie and I had a sticker-selling contest on the beach last month. We split up and went our separate directions to see who could sell the most. While I was on the boardwalk, beach security stopped me three times,” said Nikki. “The security officer thought I was doing something bad, even though I was doing exactly the same thing that you were doing.”
Even though Nikki is a computer animation of a plastic doll, somehow this story of racism is still bullshit. Why would the same security officer stop her 3 times? It sounds like a lie and I suspect Barbie just worked harder to win the sticker-selling contest.
After telling another BS story about why she didn’t join the French club because it was racist, Nikki came to this conclusion:
“They don’t make those assumptions about White people like me. That’s not fair. Because that means that White people get an advantage that they didn’t earn, and Black people get a disadvantage they don’t deserve,” said Nikki.
I could see if she was comparing Barbie sales versus Nikki sales, but this is just stupid.
We live in a post-racial society (thanks to Republicans) and systemic racism is a load of crap democrats use to keep black people under their spell so the idea that this country is racist is a work of fiction. Thankfully we have all of these woke-ass fictional cheaters defeating racism so we can put this bullshit to rest.
