As Joe Biden continues to pretend that he won the 2020 election, his message is one of healing the nation and uniting the country. It’s going to be hard to sell this on the American public when he can’t even convince members of his own party. In a “unifying” statement of her own, Rep. Ilhan Omar suggested that everyone who supports President Trump is in the KKK.
Loon Squad member Ilhan Omar had a fun chat with The Washington Post that was like every other interview she’s ever given: everyone is racist and she is always the victim. She was asked about President Trump calling her out for her radical left-wing idiocy. Actually the WaPo framed it as Trump “attacking” her but Def-Con News strives for accuracy.
“On a personal level, I have gotten accustomed to standing up to bullies in my life. And so, on a personal level, it hasn’t really impacted me besides having my children be exposed to it, and for the last two months of this election cycle, waking up every single morning to text messages from my siblings asking if I was safe,” said Omar.
Omar says she stands up to the bullies in her life, meaning Trump, and that his criticism of her hasn’t impacted her in the same sentence that she says the President puts her life in jeopardy. It’s hard to be that full of shit and even harder to be this full of shit:
“To speak about me at every single rally, it didn’t really matter where he was – sometimes, multiple times in a day as he had held his Klan rallies throughout the country,” Omar said of Trump.
I know that Ilhan Omar considers it an act of racial and misogynist hatred to use her own words against her, but we actually don’t care. Omar called Trump campaign rallies “Klan rallies” as in the KKK. That means that she is also saying that anyone who has attended a Trump rally is a member of the KKK, because that’s who goes to Klan rallies. By extension, she’s saying that the 72 million Americans who voted for Trump are racist card-carrying members of the KKK.
She does realize that Donald Trump isn’t a democrat, right?
Omar obviously needs a little history lesson. The KKK was formed, by democrats, after the Republicans kicked their asses and took their slaves away. In a way, the KKK was a liberal temper tantrum like TDS, because they didn’t get their way politically.
In the post-Civil War South, the democrats didn’t like the idea that freed slaves could integrate in their society, so they segregated everything to keep blacks separate and unequal. Since this was illegal and unconstitutional, they needed something outside of the law to enforce their racism. That’s where the KKK stepped in.
Historian Eric Foner once noted, “In effect, the Klan was a military force serving the interests of the Democratic Party.”
President Woodrow Wilson, a democrat, was a big fan of the Klan and even screened the pro-Klan film Birth of a Nation in the White House. He also re-segregated the federal government, because that’s what Klan-loving democrats do.
Most Southern democrats who served in the federal government from the Civil War to the 1970’s had ties to the Klan or the Confederacy or both. In fact, Nancy Pelosi just tried to quietly erase this democratic party history by having the pro-Klan Confederate House Speakers’ portraits removed form the Capitol.
As the democrats filibustered the Civil Rights act, LBJ, a democrat, reportedly said, “I’ll have them n*ggers voting Democrat for two hundred years.”
More recently, Joe Biden bragged about working with pro-segregation democrats in the U.S. Senate and even delivered the eulogy for Robert Byrd, who was an Exalted Cyclops of the KKK.
The KKK is synonymous with the democratic party. You will find no Republicans in the KKK’s history. Ilhan Omar would know this if she wasn’t such an ignorant self-absorbed piece of shit. Banging her own brother probably doesn’t help either.
