Ummmm, yeah. This is of course an open thread (but aren’t all of our articles?) so I encourage you to freely express your opinions. That said, I’ll tell you right now what mine is. This smells like the proverbial whorehouse at low tide in a couple of ways.
Here’s what the “news” says about one 24-year-old Shaina Bell who left her three children, two of whom are 10 and 2 years old at a Motel 6 in Ohio to go to work at “Little Ceasar’s” (which is also in my opinion, among the WORST delivery pizza chains ever! Imagine triangular cardboard covered with ketchup and you’ll get what I’m talking about, but that is neither here nor there I suppose.)
Before I go any further, let’s look at the math. She’s 24. The oldest offspring is 10 (two of them). Which means she those children at age 14.
That is a poor, poor, life decision right there. Having sex and giving birth at 14. But then you not only didn’t learn that life is hard raising two kids as a 14-year-old, you compounded your problem by having another baby at 22!!! Eight years of allegedly raising two children apparently taught you nothing.

I hear your cries. Here’s the story.
At least 2.3 million women have been forced from the workforce during the pandemic, many due to closed schools and a lack of child care.
So after one Ohio mother was arrested on charges of child endangerment for allegedly leaving her young kids in a motel room while she tried to go to her job at Little Caesars, sympathetic people rallied to support her.

A GoFundMe for the 24-year-old mother, Shaina Bell, had garnered more than $50,000 in donations as of Tuesday morning. The fundraiser describes Bell as a single mom to three children who needs “permanent and safe housing.”
“This is a sad story. Arresting single parents in cases like this only furthers the goalpost for them,” one GoFundMe donor wrote on the fundraiser page for Bell. “An arrest can mean a loss of job & income, court fees, time away from work and barriers for future employment. I hope this young lady is able to get on her feet and get housing for her and her children.”
Perhaps . . .
Another donor wrote, “I know too well the struggles of being a single Mom just working and trying to take care of your family. May God bless you!”
Ah! But did you learn how hard that can be after birthing your first child and then learned from them? Shaina did not. She had another two years ago!!! And the failure of “the press” to mention the age of the third at all (according to one article, according to our astute patriot ernldo, they first article mentioned it.
Liberty Township police found two of Bell’s kids alone in a room at a local Motel Six after 6 p.m. on Feb. 11, according to WFMJ-TV. Her 10-year-old told police that Bell was at work and would likely be back by 10 p.m., according to the outlet, and Bell informed officers that she typically had someone check on her children every hour.
OK, but once again. “Her 10 year old.” That means one. Is the second one a mute? Siamese, maybe? But let’s take a look at the rest of the statement. Judging by those work hours, Shaina is only working part-time. 6-10 pm is not a full time shift, and just guessing what she gets paid at “Little Seizures,” it’s not the democrat gold standard of $15 an hour.
What is she doing with her other four hours of free time that could be devoted to work, thus securing someone to “sit” for her children? I hate to guess, I’m sure that you all can figure it out. There are several options. Motel 6 is cheap, yes, but it still takes more than 4 hours work at a minimum wage job to afford a room there, a “sitter,” AND food for four. So give me just a small break here. She had more than one income.
You know how I know that? Because I was once a drug addict piece of crap, and as such came into contact with people just like her. I’ve smoked crack with a mother of two in her bathroom while the kids were in the next room. I nodded out on heroin with the same woman when she was living in a motel and her children were . . . hell if I know.
I also snorted meth with another “single mom” of two who got full government benefits from them while working an under-the-table job at a tire place next door. And what was all her extra money spent on? You guessed it! METH! And going out to bars with her girlfriend.
As they say, don’t bullshit a bull-shitter. I don’t buy any of this wanna-be “feel good” story.
Bell has pleaded not guilty to the charges against her, according to court records. She was released from jail Friday, county jail records show. Her next hearing is scheduled for April.

“Bell did not respond to VICE News’ request for comment, and did not appear to have an attorney. Liberty Township Police Capt. Ray Buhala declined to comment, as the case is ongoing.
Her children have been turned over to their father, according to WFMJ-TV.
And finally there’s that. While it’s a miracle that there IS a father to be found, the authorities also apparently think he’s able to be trusted to keep the children.
So why the “GoFundMe” (sic – GibsMeDat) page that requested help for this poor single mother “victim” with the following misinformation:
“Shaina was arrested at her job and taken to jail for leaving two of her children (ages 10 and 2) alone in their hotel room . . . .”
Ahhh, excuse me, ma’am?
So where the hell is this third child? It just toddled away when she wasn’t looking and nobody cares?
Weird. Either way you look at it, something is being covered-up.
. . . while she went to work. She was released the next day but found herself in the need of immediate housing.
Really? Key words here, “She found herself in need of immediate housing. That four hours a week wasn’t cutting the mustard . . . not for her kids, BUT NOT EVEN FOR HER!
And then . . .
This campaign was created to help Shaina and her children raise the money they need in order to secure permanent and safe housing. Everything raised will go directly to establishing a safe and permanent home for Shaina, Faith, Jai’Sean and Jade.
“Shania and her children?” I thought those kids were turned over to dad. So what does she need the (at time of this writing) $93,750 she’s raised for?
Congratulations, Shania. You just got what I typically made in three years before China Virus forced me to be out of work for the last year . . . FOR DOING NOTHING EXCEPT NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN MISTAKES!
Not only that, you keep repeating them.
And where is Little Ceasars comment on all this? You’d think a chain as large as that, however shitty their food is would at least have a comment on this situation. Yet I cannot find a peep out of them.
Shaina, I take no pleasure from your story in knowing you’ll soon blow all this money on fake pink hair, nail extensions, and whatever else you’re into, and your kids won’t see a dime but for maybe a lunch one day at Popeye’s.
May God have mercy on your children.
