BREAKING: MLB Goes Woke – 2021 All-Star Game Pulled from Georgia

The woke left is at it again – spewing false accusations of voter suppression all while destroying state economies.

On Friday, Major League Baseball Commissioner Robert Manfred Jr. announced that the 2021 All-Star Game and MLB Draft will be pulled from the state of Georgia in opposition to the passing of Senate Bill 202, also known as the “Election Integrity Act of 2021.”

This comes on the heels of Georgia-based Delta Airlines and Coca-Cola issuing statements claiming that the legislation disenfranchises voters by enforcing voter ID requirements for absentee ballots. Coke CEO James Quincey labeled the bill as a racist, unacceptable “step backward.” Ironically, the same level of virtue signaling is not applied to his annual shareholder meetings:

The last time we checked, Delta Airlines also requires a valid photo ID in order to board domestic or international flights. It seems that ID requirements are only a “relic of the Jim Crow era” when fitting to the democratic narrative.

According to Breitbart, the economic impact of the All-Star Game’s relocation will fall “somewhere between $37 million and $190 million.” After a year of economic stagnation caused by the China Virus, this is a move that severely hurts low-wage earners in predominantly black Atlanta, Georgia. Cannibalized by her own woke leftist ideology, failed gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams pleaded with MLB not to boycott Georgia over its new election integrity law:

Earlier this week, His Fraudulency Joe Biden had appeared on the Disney-owned sports network ESPN to pressure MLB into relocating the game:

“Look at what’s happened across the board. The very people who are victimized the most are the people who are the leaders in these various sports . . . I would strongly support them doing that. People look to them. They’re leaders.”

Former President Donald Trump issued a scathing condemnation of the rash decision made by Major League Baseball:

SB 202 enforces conformity across Georgia, expands availability for in-person polling centers, and adds ID requirements for by-mail ballots. Contrary to the lies being propagated by legacy media outlets, the bill does not criminalize the distribution of water at polling centers. Rather, the legislation simply prohibits electioneering efforts, allowing only self-service water receptacles to be available to voters waiting in line.
