Trump on DHS Decision to Resume Border Wall Construction: “a very positive step”

After vowing to his supporters that “not another foot of wall” would be built across the southern border under his administration, His Fraudulency Joe Biden’s DHS secretary now plans to continue construction.

Biden’s border crisis has been manufactured by a slew of executive orders received as an open invitation for illegals to pour over the U.S. – Mexico border. Just in February, U.S. Border Patrol agents apprehended over 100,000 illegal migrants. Customs and Border Protection temporary surge facilities (Biden’s cages) have now become a China Virus hotbed as young children are boarded in pods far exceeding capacity limits.

According to The Washington Times, The White House may resume border wall construction under the direction of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. During a meeting with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Mayorkas announced that he would like to plug “gaps” in the wall:

“The president has communicated quite clearly his decision that the emergency that triggered the devotion of DOD funds to the construction of the border wall is ended . . . but that leaves room to make decisions as the administration, as part of the administration, in particular areas of the wall that need renovation, particular projects that need to be finished.”

In March, Mayorkis attempted to shift the blame to the Trump administration, citing the former president’s policies as the reason for the humanitarian crisis.

Unaccompanied minors trafficked by Mexican ‘Coyotes’ have shown up in droves as CBP officials scramble to house over 15,000 minors. A video last week shows smugglers dropping two children over a 14-foot section of the border, leaving the 3 and 5-year-old in the middle of the New Mexico desert:

On his first day in office, Biden dissolved the “remain in Mexico” policy – a protocol requiring migrants to seek asylum outside of the U.S. until immigration courts can hear their case. Biden has reimplemented “catch-and-release” policies that allow for illegals, gang members, and human smugglers to disappear into the U.S. interior. The President also sent an immigration bill to Congress that offers citizenship to aliens who have illegally lived here for years.

Former President Donald Trump appeared on Newsmax Tuesday afternoon, pleased that his border wall may be restarted:

“A lot of damage was done, we were gonna have that wall almost complete, it was delayed two-and-a-half years because of lawsuits . . . If [the Biden administration is] going to complete it – it’s very little to complete – if they’re going to complete it, it’s a great thing, that’s a very positive step.”

Meanwhile, as tens of thousands of potentially COVID-positive aliens make their way north, states such as California continue to criminalize the breathing of fresh air without use of a Chinese face diaper. Sound off in the comments below if you miss Trump.
