Even before Biden picked Kamala Harris to be his running mate, she had a credibility issue with the black community in that they didn’t believe she was really black. She tried to fix this by lying about smoking weed and pretending to be a fan of rap music, but the black community wasn’t fooled. In fact, one black woman in Florida was just arrested for threatening to kill Kamaltoe for not really being black.

A longtime nurse at Jackson Memorial Hospital has been charged in Miami federal court with making threats to kill Vice President Kamala Harris, which she recorded in a series of videos she sent to her husband in prison.
Federal authorities say the threats from Niviane Petit Phelps, a 39-year-old mother of three who lives in Miami Gardens, were serious enough that she practiced at a gun range and applied for a concealed weapons permit.
In the five videos, according to a Secret Service complaint, Phelps expressed rage over the victory of President Joe Biden and Harris. But political anger wasn’t the only motivation, according to the complaint.
Phelps, who is Black, also threatened to kill Harris in the videos because she believes the vice president “isn’t actually Black,” according to the complaint by a Secret Service agent, who spoke with her before her arrest this month.
During Trump’s presidency, any threat against the President or Vice President were allowed, but now that democrats are in the White House, these types of things are back to being illegal.
The thing is, it doesn’t appear as if Phelps actually made direct threats against Harris. Check this out:
In a Feb. 13 video, Phelps was recorded saying, “Kamala Harris you are going to die. Your days are numbered,” the complaint says.
That’s not a direct threat. She just as easily could be saying Harris is going to die from cackling herself to death.
This next one is a bit worse but still doesn’t amount to a credible threat of death.
In another video dated Feb. 14, Phelps continued to threaten the vice president: “If I see you in the street, I’m gonna kill your ass Kamala Harris,” the complaint says. In yet another video that day, Phelps said, “I’m going to the gun range, just for your ass, until you f–kin’ leave the chair.”
There’s a big qualifier in there that “if” Kamala were to be walking around Phelps’ neighborhood, she’d get taken out. NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo made the exact same statement to Donald Trump saying that if he were walking in NYC, he’d be killed. Cuomo was never arrested or even questioned by the Secret Service.
And finally:
One of the two photos sent to her husband in prison depicts Phelps smiling as she holds a pistol next to a target containing bullet holes, according to the complaint. The second photograph shows Phelps’ teenage son holding a pistol and a target.
Big shit. I have tons of pictures of me and my family at the range with awesome groups on targets and kick-ass firearms. That doesn’t mean we’re all threatening to kill anyone.
The biggest issue here is that Phelps did not post these videos on social media or send them to Kamala Harris. They were private communications between her and her husband. The only reason why they are public is because the Secret Service made them public. That’s not how credible assassination threats work.
Phelps faces 5 years in prison and has been fired from the hospital where she has worked for 20 years. Threatening to kill President Trump used to land people with TV deals on Netflix but shit-talking the Biden administration ruins a person’s life.
