The Global Deep State: A New World Order Brought to You by COVID-19

For good or bad, COVID-19 has changed the way we navigate the world.

It is also redrawing the boundaries of our world (and our freedoms) and altering the playing field faster than we can keep up.

Owing in large part to the U.S. government’s deep-seated and, in many cases, top-secret alliances with foreign nations and global corporations, it has become increasingly obvious that we have entered into a new world order—a global world order—made up of international government agencies and corporations.

This powerful international cabal, let’s call it the Global Deep State, is just as real as the corporatized, militarized, industrialized American Deep State, and it poses just as great a threat to our rights as individuals under the U.S. Constitution, if not greater.

We’ve been inching closer to this global world order for the past several decades, but COVID-19, which has seen governmental and corporate interests become even more closely intertwined, has shifted this transformation into high gear.

Fascism has become a global menace.

It remains unclear whether the American Deep State (“a national-security apparatus that holds sway even over the elected leaders notionally in charge of it”) answers to the Global Deep State, or whether the Global Deep State merely empowers the American Deep State. However, there is no denying the extent to which they are intricately and symbiotically enmeshed and interlocked.

Consider the extent to which our lives and liberties are impacted by this international convergence of governmental and profit-driven corporate interests in the surveillance state, the military industrial complex, the private prison industry, the intelligence sector, the security sector, the technology sector, the telecommunications sector, the transportation sector, the pharmaceutical industry and, most recently, by the pharmaceutical-health sector.

All of these sectors are dominated by mega-corporations operating on a global scale and working through government channels to increase their profit margins. The profit-driven policies of these global corporate giants influence everything from legislative policies to economics to environmental issues to medical care

Global Disease

The COVID-19 pandemic has propelled us into a whole new global frontier. Those hoping to navigate this interconnected and highly technological world of contact tracing, vaccine passports and digital passes will find themselves grappling with issues that touch on deep-seated moral, political, religious and personal questions for which there may be no clear-cut answers.

We are about to find our ability to access, engage and move about in the world dependent on which camp we fall into: those who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 and those who have not.

“It is the latest status symbol. Flash it at the people, and you can get access to concerts, sports arenas or long-forbidden restaurant tables. Some day, it may even help you cross a border without having to quarantine,” writes Heather Murphy for the New York Times. “The new platinum card of the Covid age is the vaccine certificate.”

This is what M.I.T. professor Ramesh Raskar refers to as the new “currency for health,” an apt moniker given the potentially lucrative role that Big Business (Big Pharma and Big Tech, especially) will play in establishing this pay-to-play marketplace. The airline industry has been working on a Travel Pass. IBM is developing a Digital Health Pass. And the U.S. government has been all-too-happy to allow the corporate sector to take the lead.

James Bond Goes Green? MI6 Chief Suggests Spying On Nations To Ensure Compliance With Climate Pledges

With the CIA branding itself as a woke Western intelligence agency, it was only a matter of time before the UK’s MI6 tried to one-up their US counterpart; potentially spying on the world’s biggest polluters. In something that sounds like it should belong on The Onion or Babylon Bee, the head of the UK’s Secret Intelligence Service (SIS) – commonly known as MI6 – suggested that they should engage in so-called “Green Spying” on nations which make climate change pledges in order to make sure they’re keeping them.

In comments to Times Radio, MI6 head Richard Moore – known as “C” – claimed that man-made climate change is “foremost international foreign policy item for this country and for the planet,” adding: “Our job is to shine a light in places where people might not want it shone and so clearly we are going to support what is the foremost international foreign policy agenda item for this country and for the planet, which is around the climate emergency, and of course we have a role in that space.”

“Where people sign up to commitments on climate change, it is perhaps our job to make sure that what they are really doing reflects what they have signed up to,” he continued, which – depending on one’s read of his wording – could imply this is already happening.

“As somebody used to say – ‘trust, but verify’,” said Moore, adding “On climate change, where you need everyone to come on board and to play fair, then occasionally just check to make sure they are.”

No doubt actual terrorists and enemy operatives will feel relieved that countless valuable resources will be poured into this supposed top agenda of ensuring industrialized countries will “keep climate change promises”. We can imagine they’re having a good laugh in the halls of Beijing’s intelligence bureaus…

To some degree the Brits appear to be following the lead of the United States. The Biden administration was the first to elevate climate change to the level of a “national security” matter after he made John Kerry his ‘Climate Envoy’ – with a seat on the National Security Council. Last week, Biden announced at a climate summit that the United States would cut emissions in half by 2030 after having rejoined the Paris Climate agreement shortly after taking office.

Perhaps it’s only a matter of time before the CIA or NSA launches their own “green spying” operations – if they haven’t already.

FBI combed through NSA’s trove of Americans’ communications WITHOUT a warrant in its search for ‘racially motivated violent extremists’ when it was already warned the practice was unconstitutional

The FBI searched troves of communications sucked up by the National Security Agency for information on ‘racially motivated violent extremists’ without a warrant, ignoring previous warnings it was breaking the law.

The FBI’s requests for access to masses of electronic communications harvested by the National Security Agency (NSA) is revealed in a newly declassified report from the United States’ secret surveillance court.

It shows the FBI has continued to perform warrantless searches through the NSA’s most sensitive databases for routine criminal investigations, despite being told by a federal judge in 2018 and 2019 that such a use was an unconstitutional breach of privacy.

The FBI focused many of its warrantless searches – commonly referred to as backdoor queries – on suspected ‘far-right’ domestic terrorists, The Daily Beast reported.

It’s unclear from the heavily-redacted Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court report whether the FBI uncovered any criminal extremist behavior or made any arrests resulting from the searches.

In its gathering of ‘foreign’ communications data, the NSA often sweeps up Americans’ communications, too.

It’s unclear how many Americans had their data viewed by the FBI in its search for ‘racially motivated’ extremists.

The FISA report did reveal that a single request for data to the NSA from an FBI analyst for information on a suspected domestic terrorists returned 33 hits.

It’s not clear how many other requests were tied to the hunt for alleged racially motivated extremists, nor who at the FBI asked for the data or approved the request.

A senior FBI official told DailyMail.com the FBI had taken ‘numerous steps’ to comply with the FISA court guidance over the past 18 months.

The official wouldn’t answer other questions on specifics and referred questions to the NSA and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).

An NSA spokesman said it wouldn’t comment when reached by the DailyMail.com. A spokeswoman for the ODNI said they had no additional information to what FBI had provided.

Fauci’s NIAID Scientists Attended Wuhan Lab Summit Now Scrubbed from Internet

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), not only funded groups that collaborated with the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), but he approved his subordinates’ attendance at a conference sponsored by China’s Wuhan lab, which is widely believed to be the source of the novel coronavirus known as COVID-19.

Although the 2016 Conference on Viral Infection and Immune Response, hosted by the Nature science journal, has been scrubbed from the publication’s website, archived versions of the site show that two researchers from NIAID were in attendance.

At the time of the conference, attendee Kanta Subbarao served as chief of the NIAID’s Emerging Respiratory Viruses Section, and Nancy Sullivan was chief of the Biodefense Research Section at the NIAID’s Vaccine Research Center.

Sullivan still works under Fauci, while Subbarao left the agency to become director of the World Health Organization’s Collaborating Centre for Reference and Research on Influenza.

The October conference consisted of six sessions: epidemiology of emerging viral disease, persistent viral infection and immune dysregulation, viral pathogenesis, immune intervention and prevention of disease, innate antiviral immunity, and induction of systemic adaptive immunity.

Among organizers and speakers at the event were researchers from Chinese Communist Party (CCP) entities, such as the current director of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention and WIV Director-General.

The WIV works closely with the CCP, signing agreements for “All-around cooperation” with CCP city-level governments. In addition, WIV’s researchers have been granted awards from the CCP’s Youth League and the State Council. The lab even televised the National Congress of the CCP.

BLM Co-Founder’s Jail Reform Group Dropped $26,000 At Luxury Malibu Beach Resort

Los Angeles-based jail reform group led by BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors spent nearly $26,000 for “meetings” at a luxury Malibu beach resort in 2019, according to campaign finance records reviewed by the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Reform LA Jails dropped $10,179 for “meetings and appearances” at the Calamigos Guest Ranch and Beach Club in Malibu, California, and another $15,593 at the Malibu Conference Center, a corporate conference facility owned by the resort, according to the records, which covered the time period between July and September 2019. Guests at the 200-acre resort, where rooms start at $600 a night, have exclusive access to a private five-acre strip of the Malibu coast.

The records show that the payments were made on behalf of the jail reform group by a consulting firm owned by Asha Bandele, a longtime mentor of Cullors and co-author of her 2018 biography, “When They Call You a Terrorist: A Black Lives Matter Memoir.”

Cullors, a self-proclaimed “trained Marxist,” is the founder and chairwoman of Reform LA Jails, also known as Vote Yes On R. The group, which says it is “powered by Black Lives Matter,” successfully led a ballot measure passed in 2020 that authorized the Los Angeles Sheriff Civilian Oversight Commission to develop a plan to reduce the jail population in the county.

It’s unclear why Reform LA Jails booked meetings at the luxury Malibu beach resort. The California Fair Political Practices Commission, which regulates political groups such as Reform LA Jails, states that campaign funds “must be used for political, legislative, or governmental purposes.”

A review of Reform LA Jails’ social media records shows that the group organized multiple events in the Los Angeles area in the second half of 2019, including a party at actress Jane Fonda’s house and a “day party + summit” in Pasadena featuring live music and local artists.

But the DCNF was unable to locate any public records of the group holding an event at the Malibu beach resort.

“Reform LA Jails’ filings raise a number of questions,” said Peter Flaherty, the chairman of the conservative watchdog group National Legal and Policy Center. “An audit would establish whether any campaign funds were used for personal purposes.”
