Shades Of Epstein; Prison Guards Fail To Notice Grisly Beheading-Dismemberment

Did the cameras malfunction?

In a horrific story where satanism, sadism, and incompetence intersect, a California state investigation has determined that guards failed to notice that a psychopathic inmate murdered and subsequently dismembered his cellmate right under their noses.

The action went down at Corcoran State Prison when convicted killer Luis Romero received brutal justice for his crimes courtesy of 31-year-old Jaime Osuna, a professed Satanist with a mastery of knife-handling that were he not criminally insane might land him a tryout on MasterChef

Back in 2019, Osuna who was serving a life term for torturing and killing a woman at a hotel in 2011 and a man with a history of attacking his cellmates, sliced and diced the ill-fated Romero who was serving out a sentence for second-degree murder for the fatal shooting of a woman back when he was a teenager, the 44-year-old also had a history of gang activity.

The guards on duty claimed that both men were alive when they made their rounds but it appears that they lied and had not done a thorough job. A lawsuit filed by the victim’s family accused the guards of not checking the cell due to the bars being covered by a white sheet.

When the gruesome truth was discovered, Osuna was wearing a necklace made out of Romero’s body parts.

The Los Angeles Times breaks it down:

Using a razor-style blade attached to a handle, Osuna disfigured Romero, cutting out one of his eyes, chopping off one of his fingers and removing part of his ribs and slicing out part of his lung. He ultimately cut off his head. He also posed the body, slicing Romero’s face open on either side of his mouth to resemble an extended smile, according to an autopsy.

The slaying was described by Phil Esbenshade who is the executive DA for King’s Couty as the “most heinous slaying he had ever seen,” according to an AP report. Esbenshade added that “We do believe that the victim was conscious during at least a portion of the time.”

AP also reports of Osuna: “With face tattoos and flair for Charles Manson-like satanic antics, he became a dark figure during the 2017 trial, mocking the victim’s family and bragging to a television news reporter of his love of torturing people.”

Ironically, Charlie Manson himself was at one time a resident at Corcoran State Prison.

The fuckup by the guards conjures memories of billionaire pedophile blackmailer and Bill Clinton BFF Jeffrey Epstein whose body was discovered in a high-security New York City federal prison where the guards also inexplicably failed to notice a dead body in the cell. Authorities claim that Epstein hung himself but skeptics were quick to point out that the death of such a high profile prisoner who had the goods on a number of rich and powerful men like Slick Willie was very likely a hit and not a suicide.
