If a white Amazon driver beat up an elderly black or Hispanic woman while mentioning their race or ethnicity, it would be a hate crime. In California, a Hispanic Amazon driver beat the crap out of a 67-year-old white woman over her “white privilege” and it is not a hate crime. This is just one of the many complex nuances of liberal racism bullshit.
KTVU reports that a 67-year-old woman in Castro Valley, California got a text alert that her Amazon package had been delivered to the lobby of her apartment building. The woman went down to the lobby but there was no package. Outside of the building, the woman saw an Amazon delivery person, identified as 21-year-old Itzel Ramirez.
The woman asked Ramirez where her package was and was told to be patient, it would be delivered soon. The woman went back up to her apartment and waited 15 minutes before coming back down. Still no package. She again engaged Ramirez and the conversation became less cordial.
Ramirez gave the woman shit for having “white privilege” and the woman responded, “you don’t need to be a bitch about it.”

When the woman turned around, that’s when Ramirez attacked. The Amazon driver punched the elderly woman several times in the back of the head. She then landed an uppercut to the woman’s face. Police say the woman was punched at least 10 times and suffered a broken nose and bruises.
While the video is pretty clear as to who started this one-sided fight, Ramirez claims she acted in self-defense.
After the beating, Ramirez continued to menace the woman as she frantically tried to get back in her building. Amazingly, Ramirez appeared to continue to work as if she had no idea beating up an old woman meant she no longer had a job. Amazon has confirmed the she was fired.
The woman ran back to her apartment and called 911. Police arrested Ramirez and she was still wearing her Amazon vest in the mugshot.
She was arrested on suspicion of battery causing serious bodily injury and elder abuse. Suspicion? The video don’t lie. She attacked the woman from behind. There is no ambiguity here at all.
While the two things Ramirez could be charged with are both felonies, one thing she won’t get slapped with is a hate crime charge. Sure, she attacked the elderly white woman over white privilege, but hate crimes are never applied to people who attack white victims. Ironically, Ramirez will skate on the hate because of her minority privilege.
The only reason why this is getting any press coverage at all is because it involves an Amazon driver. Had it been a random Latina beating the shit out of a 67-year-old white lady, it wouldn’t even qualify as news to the liberal media. Even so, the fake news industry is making sure they don’t play up the racial aspects of this assault.
On the flip-side of that, if a white Amazon driver had been slightly rude to a minority customer, it would a national outrage with demands for a racial reckoning.
