The democrats are pushing the For the People Act, which they claim is a voting rights bill. In reality, it gives the federal government complete control over elections in every state and is rigged to make sure democrats remain in power forever. Even some democrats oppose it because it’s such a piece of crap. Luckily, Hollywood has made a dystopian future doomsday video to scare people and help sell this garbage because that’s how propaganda works.
It’s the year 2055 and Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry are really old. Also, the world has gone to shit so these courageous celebrities figure out a way to transmit a warning back to the people of 2021:
The time-traveling message interrupts an interview with West Virginia democrat Joe Manchin, because he has publicly stated his opposition to the bullshit For the People Act.
“The America you know doesn’t exist in our future. Democracy is dead. We have no voice. The regime watches our every move,” said Bloom.
“It started when voter suppression ran wild over America. The voting rights bills died in the Senate. Polling places closed. We lost our right to vote,” said Perry.
“This future doesn’t have to be. You have the power to change it. Save democracy while you can,” Bloom said.
“Call your Senator,” commanded Perry.
“Tell Daisy we love her,” Bloom added.
At that point, the “Regime” shock troops broke down the door to Bloom and Perry’s hideout.
There’s an awful lot of stupid packed into this video. First, there is no explanation why the failure to pass an unconstitutional federal government power grab would result in the loss of our individual rights. People currently have the right to vote and the For the People Act’s failure won’t change that. There is no provision in the Constitution that says if democrats can’t pass this bullshit law that suddenly people aren’t allowed to vote anymore. In Hollywood, they call that a flawed premise.
Next, there is the time traveling paradox that whatever Bloom and Perry were hoping to achieve didn’t work because their fate was sealed. If transmitting back to 2021 to get the For the People Act passed had been successful, the future would have been changed. Instead, government troops broke into their hideout and hopefully killed them.
Most importantly, this video doesn’t depict a future in which the democrats’ efforts to control everything failed. In Bloom and Perry’s dystopian future, the people have no rights under the oppressive rule of the “Regime.” What that means is that democrats were not only successful in passing the For the People Act, but also wresting all control and power for themselves, while destroying all of our Constitutional freedoms.
Though that wasn’t the intention, the video is a warning about the democrats destroying America. That may be the most believable thing Hollywood has produced in years.
Lastly, there is the odd thing at the end when Bloom says “tell Daisy we love her.” Bloom and Perry had a daughter named Daisy last year in real life, but in the video it is implied that something has happened to her by the year 2055. This how liberal celebrities are garbage people. In making a video to push their partisan agenda, they included a fantasy of their infant daughter dying. “Killing our daughter to own the cons!”
Katy Perry is a literal idiot, so her political opinions are meaningless, but Orlando Bloom isn’t even a U.S. citizen, which means he can literally f*ck off.
