U.S. Navy ships are generally named after places, presidents, and admirals, but there is a growing movement to christen these vessels after anti-military America-hating leftists. The Navy just named a ship after dead Congressional Black Caucus democrat John Lewis because the military can’t be woke enough with illegitimate president Joe Biden in the White House.
Though he never served in the military and genuinely hated the armed forces, John Lewis was honored with his name on a Navy ship. Here’s Nancy Pelosi and a bunch of other democratic party imbeciles pretending this honor was justified:

The USNS John Lewis is a replenishment oiler, meaning it refuels and resupplies other ships. It’s basically a floating gas station with a convenience store. It would seem kind of insulting that they named this ship after John Lewis, who according to democrats was a fighter. Instead of getting a destroyer or attack sub, Lewis got a menial job as a gas station attendant.
Even though this honor is underwhelming, it’s still ridiculous for the Navy to name a ship after a leftist agitator and America-hater. I thought I’d look into some other poorly-named U.S. Navy ships and there’s actually quite a few:
USS Gabrielle Giffords – Littoral combat ship named after former democratic Congresswoman Gabby Giffords. It’s ironic that this ship armed with so many guns is named after the anti-gun extremist. It’s just plain stupid that this ship is named after someone who is a bullet-sponge and easy target.
USS Jimmy Carter – The worst Commander-in-Chief in modern history gets an attack submarine named after him?
USS John S. McCain – John McCain, who made propaganda films for the Vietcong, telling American soldiers to surrender, is the last name you’d want to see on a destroyer. Being good at destroying morale and conservatism ain’t the same thing as kicking ass in war. Neither is betraying your country to get favorable treatment as prisoner of war.
USNS Amelia Earhart – Considering that Amelia Earhart is most famous for disappearing it seems strange that a Navy ship would be named after someone who sucked so bad at navigation.
USNS Cesar Chavez – If this one was named after the boxer it would be kinda inappropriate but the dry cargo ship being named after the communist organizer of illegal aliens is downright insulting.
USNS Medgar Evers – Medgar Evers was a civil rights activist who was assassinated by the democrats of the KKK. The democrats made it up to him when Obama named this dry cargo ship after him.
USS Carl M. Levin – Carl Levin was a democrat U.S. Senator from Michigan whose claim to fame was trying to close down military installations as the head of the Armed Services Committee. I can see why the Navy would want to name a guided missile destroyer after him.
USNS Harvey Milk – Harvey Milk was a gay activist and member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors who was gunned down by a fellow democrat. The need to name an oiler replenisher after him will forever be a mystery.
USNS Lucy Stone – Lucy Stone was an uggo feminist activist from the 1800s who clearly needs to be commemorated in the form of a Navy ship.
USS Sam Nunn – Sam Nunn was a longtime Southern democrat who literally started an anti-war/anti-military organization upon leaving the Senate. The Navy will honor this guy with a destroyer bearing his name.
USNS Sojourner Truth – Sojourner Truth is one of those people they tried to teach you about in history class but for the life of you, you have no idea why. Equally as puzzling is the fact that she’s getting a Navy ship named after her.
The Navy has a shit-ton of ships on order that are still without names. Who wants to bet that at least one of them will be called the USS George Floyd? It’s powerful engines run on fentanyl and the ship store only accepts counterfeit 20’s.
