It hasn’t been a great Olympics for American athletes who hate America. The U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team was eliminated from gold medal contention after taking their pre-game kneeling to game-time laying down. Then there’s American flag/National Anthem-hating hammer thrower Gwen Berry who failed to medal. On the other side of the coin, Tamyra Mensah-Stock, a proud patriot took home gold in wrestling.
In June at the Olympic qualifiers, hammer thrower Gwen Berry came in a distant third but did make the U.S. Tack & Field team for the Tokyo Olympics. When she got to the podium to receive her consolation prize, she turned her back on the American flag and bitched about how pissed she was the the National Anthem was played.
Despite being a representative of the United States, Berry said she was going to the Olympics for a different reason:
“My purpose and my mission is bigger than sports. I’m here to represent those … who died due to systemic racism. That’s the important part. That’s why I’m going,” said Berry.
But as Fox News reports, those who died due to systemic racism didn’t have much of a champion in Tokyo:
Gwen Berry raised a fist twice before the hammer thrower started her competition at the Tokyo Olympics on Tuesday night.
Berry, who created a firestorm when she turned her back to the flag during the national anthem at U.S. Olympic trials last month, raised her fist as a form of protest before competing.Â
Berry recorded a 71.35 in the hammer throw but finished far from the podium. She finished in 11th out of 12 competitors.
If they kept giving out medals past third-place, Berry would have won the Dog Shit Medal for her 11th-place finish.
And to all the haters, Berry said, “All those people that’s happy that I failed, that’s cool, but they’re sitting on their couch, watching me fail, so what does that tell you about them?”
Nobody actually watched her fail as nobody is watching the Olympics. We all found out from the Internet and we’s happy she sucked out loud. What that says about us is that we’re glad when someone who hates our country fails miserably. I know it’s a weird concept to Berry but it’s a little thing we call national pride.
But hey, the Tokyo Olympics isn’t all about shitty Americans doing shitty, check out U.S. wrestler Tamyra Mensah-Stock:

Mensah-Stock was asked how it feels to represent America.
“It feels amazing. I love representing the U.S. I freaking love living there. I love it and I’m so happy I get to represent USA!” Mensah-Stock replied, wrapped in an American flag.
See how easy that is? Weirdly, Mensah-Stock, who is black, doesn’t think America is a horrible racist place like those rich white haters on the Women’s soccer team.
Mensah-Stock won the Gold Medal in the 68kg wrestling final, defeating Blessing Oborududu of Nigeria. FYI, she’s from Texas so maybe that explains why she isn’t an America-hating loser like Berry and the USNWT.
It shouldn’t be a surprise to see an American athlete who is proud to represent America, but sports has gotten far too woke. Instead of being proud to live in the greatest country that ever was, these privileged pampered ingrates want to scream about how oppressed they are.
If these crybabies can’t appreciate that America has given them everything, including the opportunity to play games for a living, I’m going to root against them every time.
