Grand Jury Report Rips St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner’s Office

Note: Kim Gardner is the prosecutor who charged Mark and Patricia McCloskey with unlawful use of weapons as well as tampering with evidence after they successfully saved their lives and their home from a rioting mob in the Central West End of St. Louis MO in August 2020. The Missouri Supreme Court has upheld a judge’s decision to remove Gardner from the McCloskey case.
Also noteworthy: Posted on the “Missouri Safety & Justice” YouTube channel on July 20, 2016, Kim Garner’s campaign disclosed to the Missouri Ethics Commission that a $67,692,23 contribution had come from a Soros-backed super PAC.
The jury of 12 people empaneled from February through May took issue with multiple aspects of Gardner’s office, according to a report filed.

The grand jury’s criticisms include:

  • Errors ranging from incorrect dates to misspelled names on indictments that could force witnesses to re-testify weeks or months later.

  • Ongoing “bitterness” between the Circuit Attorney’s Office and the police department that is “apparent” and a “disservice to the public.”

  • Cases going before the grand jury when the evidence is clear and could be presented in court.

  • Inconsistency among case presentations that creates “confusion with each case, resulting in wasted time or diminished confidence in the overall process” for the grand jury.

  • Members of Gardner’s office acknowledging problems exist to the grand jury, pledging to fix them, and not following through. Jurors believed this showed the problems were never fixed and the pledge to correct them wasn’t made in good faith.

  • Attorneys performed administrative and prosecutorial duties simultaneously, negatively affecting both the victims and the grand jury.

  • Grand jurors questioned whether the process of a grand jury should exist at all and learned “the process is somewhat unique to St. Louis. Particularly when there is a straightforward video of a crime being committed or a medical expert testifying to a child’s condition in a medical facility, the need for a grand jury seems to be lacking.”

A spokeswoman for Gardner’s office called the report “out of compliance” with Missouri law governing Grand Jury reporting, which states grand juries may file reports only on conditions of public buildings, not on the performance of public officials.

However, any further ‘He said, she said’ is pointless for the purpose of this article.

The point of intended interest is that St. Louis, Missouri, Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner was bought and paid for by George Soros, specifically his super PAC, to wreak havoc in the American justice system. And this is being done throughout our once great nation. Gardner is quite obviously incompetent and quite seemingly dancing to a tune not preferred by her constituency.

As a final note, I ask: What the hell does it take to get George Soros properly identified as a Public Enemy Number One?

ADDITION: It appears the Missouri governor has finally made good on his promise, pardoning the McCloskeys who were forced to defend themselves and their home from an angry BLM mob last year.
