Shame: Biden’s Fixation On Imaginary “Domestic Terrorists” Will Have Deadly Consequences
Via American Greatness
The long term consequences, not just of the Biden Administration’s complete failure in Afghanistan but their obsession with January 6 and imaginary “domestic terrorists” will be deadly.
As of midafternoon on Thursday, several hours after the killing of innocents began, Joe Biden still had not addressed the nation to mourn the devastating loss of life—including at least 12 American troops—from terror attacks near the Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, Afghanistan.
His lengthy absence on the deadliest day for the U.S. military in a decade was in sharp contrast to his conduct on January 6, 2021. Shortly after 4 p.m. that day, less than two hours after the start of the raucous protest, Biden gave a speech from his home in Delaware.
Fuming with rage, Biden spoke for more than eight minutes. “Our democracy is under unprecedented assault, unlike anything we’ve seen in modern times,” Biden ranted. “This is not dissent, it’s disorder. It’s chaos. It borders on sedition. It’s insurrection.” The words of a president, Biden said, can inspire. “They also can incite.” He demanded that President Trump “go on television now . . . and demand an end to this siege. Step up.”
“The world is watching,” Biden warned.
The world is watching now, too. The world has been watching as this fast-moving catastrophe reached its inevitable apex on Thursday when at least two suicide bombings took the lives of 11 Marines and one Navy corpsman, wounding at least a dozen more servicemembers. The situation undoubtedly will worsen while thousands of American troops remain in a country now run by terrorists ostensibly to defend a country now run by an incompetent, and largely AWOL, commander in chief. (Biden finally took the podium around 5:30 p.m.)
The difference between Biden’s MIA routine on Thursday versus his quick reaction on January 6 is representative of how his administration has handled the first seven months of his term. While legitimate terror threats fester overseas, Biden and his top military, intelligence, and law enforcement officials have fixated on the brief disturbance on Capitol Hill on January 6. MORE.

Own Your Failure Biden Voters

I will admit my own relatively minor failure: I voted for invertebrate-con Mitt Romney in 2012 and have spent the last nine years regretting it, but now I look at the saps who checked the box for that crusty old pervert who’s busy flushing our country down the crapper and I feel really bad for them. Well, at least for those Biden voters who weren’t dead when they cast their ballots.
They thought that mean tweets and dating Playboy models was so outrageously awful that they needed to exchange him for a half-wit plagiarist with busy hands and a slothful mind. He was no prize before he put the “d” in “dementia.” Prior to allegedly being elected president, this dork was, as Democrat Robert Gates famously put it, “wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.” The same genius who thought capping Bin Ladin was a bad idea also thought ditching Bagram was a good one. Well, at least he’s consistent.
Look around, at the $5 gas and the hobos pooping in our parks, at the constantly shifting vaccine/mask goalposts and the cat ladies/public school teachers determined to inject Ibram X. Kendian race hustling into your kids’ cerebellums. Look at the flag-draped caskets coming off the planes at Dover.
You did that, non-dead Biden voters.
You.
This is your failure.
Own it.
Electing Joe Biden was an essentially unserious act by essentially unserious people applying essentially unserious criteria. And these entirely predictable consequences flowed from that failure on the part of people who refused to demand a real candidate instead of this exceptionally dumb ventriloquist dummy. MORE.
Americans Have Traded Their Freedoms For Safety From COVID, And Now We Have Neither
Via The Free Thought Project
On March 16, 2020, the Trump administration released a 15-day plan to slow the spread of the coronavirus in the US. That was 528 days ago.
Over the last year and a half, one of the largest power grabs in the history of the world has taken place as fearful citizens willingly surrendered their rights to the state for the promise of safety. But that safety never came and it never will.
What did come, however, was a slew of arbitrary and often ridiculous mandates and decrees from politicians who think that government force can stop a pandemic. Despite the economically devastating draconian lockdowns that killed countless small businesses, vaccine passports, and mask mandates, COVID-19 returned.
As TFTP has reported, we predicted this. Several studies have shown that the lockdowns were not effective at stopping the virus. In June, we reported on the study from the National Bureau of Economic Research which analyzed data from 44 countries and all 50 states. The study from the NBER found that these restrictions not only failed to save lives, and greatly exacerbated the destruction of the working class — but have in fact resulted in an increase of excess mortality. At the end of the day, they cost more lives than they saved.
Also in June, TFTP covered the findings of an MIT scientist who reported a data analysis of the economic impact of the lockdown — noting that whilst it played a key contributing role to the sharp rise of unemployment, it did not make a significant reduction in deaths.
And on June 22, a Harvard University study reiterated the fact that while this policy did not save lives it decimated the economy; while modern robber barons such as Zuckerberg, Gates, and Bezos saw their portfolios expand exponentially. This was yet another report, as TFTP’s Don Via Jr. pointed out, that much like the aforementioned, did not receive national headlines from the corporate media.
On top of the sheer despotism brought about by team lockdown, government spending has reached historical levels and the already-unsustainable nature of such irresponsible fiscal policy has been fast tracked to complete meltdown. As the government prints more money, your savings is devalued, forcing more and more people to lean on the already stressed system. It is a recipe for disaster and the ones who have been paying attention know it.
What’s the tyrant class planning next? Well, more of the same it seems.
To be clear, no one here is claiming that COVID-19 is not serious and you shouldn’t take precautions. However, granting government tyrannical powers in the form of business closures, mandates, vaccine passports, and more lockdowns, is most assuredly not the answer.
As John Locke famously stated in A Letter Concerning Toleration, “It is one thing to persuade, another to command; one thing to press with arguments, another with penalties. This the civil power alone has a right to do; to the other good-will is authority enough.”
In summary, good ideas do not require force.
What’s more, as the data analyses above illustrate, it is difficult to tell the difference between places which had strict lockdowns and mandates verses the ones that did not. You can’t tyranny your way out of a pandemic — but you can pandemic your way into tyranny. Sadly, Americans have a short memory when it comes to giving up their freedoms for a false sense of security. When a society surrenders individual liberty to the state, the state never gives it back. It’s ironic that Australia, founded as a penal colony way off the beaten Western track, is now building what some are calling a “COVID concentration camp” off the beaten track in Australia. https://t.co/7jBDpdy9gl

Soviet Australia Is Now Building a 1,000-bed COVID “Concentration Camp”

t’s ironic that Australia, founded as a penal colony way off the beaten Western track, is now building what some are calling a “COVID concentration camp” off the beaten track in Australia.
Not a surprising development given what I related yesterday about “Soviet Australia,” the camp is technically called a “dedicated regional quarantine facility.” Townhall’s Matt Vespa reports on the story:
Well, this is what happens when you don’t have a Second Amendment. This is what happens when you don’t have a bill of rights [sic]. The hysterics over COVID here are unbearable. It’s hyperbole on steroids. Anthony Fauci and his clown troop have peddled science fiction for months. While there’s debate over ending forever wars, the lab coats want a forever pandemic. In Australia, that latter nightmare is already alive and well. You’ve seen the reports of teenagers and old people being tasered and pepper-sprayed for not abiding by the nation’s COVID protocols. We’re tasering you for your health. We’re pepper-spraying you … for your health. It’s part of Australia’s COVID zero policy which ensured a forever pandemic, a never-ending lockdown. And now, we have COVID concentration camps coming. It’s come full circle.
Vespa then presents two outrageous tweets trumpeting the endeavor from Premier of Queensland Annastacia Palaszczuk (below).
BREAKING: A dedicated regional quarantine facility will be built at Wellcamp Airport near Toowoomba. As we contend with the dangerous Delta variant, we need fit-for-purpose quarantine facilities. #covid19 pic.twitter.com/sv1qEHUL1Z
— Annastacia Palaszczuk (@AnnastaciaMP) August 26, 2021
Palaszczuk is obviously a scientific obscurantist; she’s wearing in her Twitter photo a mask that has been shown to offer little protection against coronavirus, for one thing. She’s also labeling Delta as “dangerous” despite a U.K. report finding that it “is likely 20 times less deadly than the alpha [original] strain” and the fact that the virus is now claiming relatively few lives. This is irrational.
What’s happening is tyrannical, too. “Australia has already turned its military against its own citizens to hunt down protestors, and even a man who is COVID positive and left his home,” notes American Thinker editor in chief Thomas Lifson. “The loss of basic freedoms is being protested, but not by overwhelming numbers sufficient to dissuade the power-hungry politicians. The public, in fact, is being told by media to be grateful when a few liberties are conditionally restored” — as evidenced by the following tweet.
#BREAKING: From September 13, NSW residents that are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be given new freedoms.

Australian Citizens Ask Taliban To Liberate Their Country
Via The Babylon Bee
MELBOURNE—As Australia continues to brutally enforce a total lockdown on their own citizens, the increasingly desperate population has reached out to the Taliban and begged them to come and liberate their country.
“If only those brave mujahadin fighters could ride in on their American tanks and Humvees, armed with American weapons, and liberate us all,” said local woman Charlotte Menda. “I mean, they aren’t perfect, but at least people can go shopping and walk their dog under Taliban rule. Anything would be better than this, right?”
According to sources in the country, Australians have been suffering under creeping totalitarian rule for years, and COVID only intensified the brutality and cruelty of the regime in the last year. In spite of this, the suffering of Australia has received little attention on the international stage.
“Australia has a proud tradition of being a prison colony,” said Prime Minister Scott Morrison while eating gourmet seafood in a deserted restaurant. “I’m proud to be returning our country back to her roots.”
Australians then chose a representative to fly to Kabul and ask the Taliban army to overthrow their tyrannical government and usher in an age of slightly less tyranny.
The Taliban are reportedly considering the request, and have promised a decision next month after they have finished embarrassing America.
