Joe Biden already declared today “Indigenous People’s Day” while nullifying Columbus Day and now he’s tacked on “National Coming Out Day” to celebrate gay people telling everyone who doesn’t care that they are gay. As part of the celebration, Biden claimed that LGBT people are not free in this country, that somehow they don’t enjoy the same right as everyone else.
Because Biden doesn’t have anything better to deal with like the entire country circling the drain because of his incompetence, he got down to dealing with a truly unimportant issue:
Today, we celebrate National Coming Out Day and the courage of LGBTQ+ people who live their lives with pride, create community with open arms and hearts, and showcase the strength of being your authentic self. Today and every day, I want every member of the LGBTQ+ community to know that you are loved and accepted just the way you are – regardless of whether or not you’ve come out.
But it’s not much of a celebration because, as Joe says, these are dark times for the LGBT community:
Despite the extraordinary progress our nation has made, our work to ensure the full promise of equality is not yet done. Anti-LGBTQ+ bills still proliferate in state legislatures. Bullying and harassment — particularly of young transgender Americans and LGBTQ+ people of color — still abounds, diminishing our national character. We must continue to stand together against these acts of hate, and stand up to protect the rights, opportunities, physical safety, and mental health of LGBTQ+ people everywhere. From defeating discriminatory bills to passing the Equality Act, we have more work to do to ensure that every American can live free of fear, harassment, and discrimination because of who they are or whom they love.
It’s utterly preposterous to suggest that gay people don’t have the same rights and freedoms as everyone else. To be clear, the Constitution protects the rights of all Americans equally.
Biden didn’t say it but he’s clearly talking about laws in some states that ban transgender athletes from participating in sports that don’t match their birth genders. It is not an infringement of rights to say that biological men can’t participate in women’s sports and kick the ever loving shit out of them. It’s not a suppression of freedom to keep biological males from showering with little girls. In fact, these laws protect the rights of women to not see dudes’ big hair dicks and balls.
If a man decides he’s really a woman inside, no one is stopping him from wearing a dress and calling himself Petunia. There are no laws that keep transgender people from doing hormone therapy or even getting sex change operations. They can live their lives as they wish, but the science of biology dictates that no matter what, they are what they were born as. The only way to make a female is in the mother’s womb.
While we’re on the subject, has it ever occurred to anyone that transgender people might have some mental problems? Lot’s of people identify as something they’r not, like Jesus or Abe Lincoln, and we call those people crazy. The cure for thinking you’re Jesus is not to nail you to cross and fit you with a crown of thorns, it’s intensive psychotherapy. Why is the “cure” for gender dysmorphia to encourage patients to mutilate their genitals?
With this latest proclamation, Biden once again shows he is not the president of the American people but of weirdos and freaks. Have you ever seen Biden issue a proclamation praising our troops, police, or average law-abiding non-union working people? Me neither, but there’s tons of love for illegal aliens, terrorists, welfare queens, America-haters, and gender-benders.
