Juvenile Court Judge Finds Sufficient Evidence Teen Sexually Assaulted Girl in Loudoun County High School Bathroom

This is a follow up to an ongoing democrat saga of malfeasance.

A juvenile court judge on Monday found sufficient evidence that a teen boy sexually assaulted a fellow student in a Loudoun County high school bathroom in May. This from thegatewaypundit.com.

But democrat Virginia gubernatorial candidate, Terry McAuliffe, called this “a conspiracy theory.”

On May 28, a male ‘transgender’ student wore a skirt when he raped a 15-year-old girl in the girl’s bathroom at Stone Bridge High School. The school district’s policy allows male students to use the girl’s bathroom and vice versa.

According to reports, the same transgender student committed a SECOND sexual assault at another Loudoun County school after he was transferred out.

Not only did the school officials cover up the incidents to ‘prevent controversy over their transgender policy,’ but they also arrested and prosecuted the girl’s father after he tried to sound the alarm at a school board meeting.

The second case is still pending.

From Elizabeth Lancaster, attorney for the second victim:

“On October 25, 2021, Juvenile Court Judge Pamela Brooks found there to be ‘facts-sufficient,’ for a finding of guilt on both charges levied against the 15yo Loudoun County student accused of sexually assaulting a classmate on May 28, 2021, at Stone Bridge High School.”

“Specifically, after an adjudication (trial), Judge Brooks found there to be facts sufficient that he did, on May 28, 2021, commit forcible sodomy and forcible fellatio by way of force, threat, or victim helplessness.”
