A far-left North Dakota man was convicted in federal court for smashing the office door of US Senator John Hoeven’s in Fargo back in December.
In April, he pleaded guilty to a charge of destruction of government property. Federal sentencing guidelines suggested 10–16 months in prison but he was sentenced only to probation and fined $2,784 for restitution. This from thegatewaypundit.com.

Meanwhile, a man wearing buffalo horns was sentenced to 41 months in prison last week for walking inside the US Capitol after police gave him permission to walk the halls.
