Joe Biden toured the fire damage in Boulder County, Colorado Sunday. Despite the loss of over 1000 homes, Joe told the victims there’s reason to be optimistic. According to the illegitimate president, he will help them “build back better” by installing giant “windmills” with wingspans of 100 yards. He didn’t explain how these enormous windmills would help the rebuilding process but Joe’s kind of random and incoherent like that.
Here’s a man that the liberal media assures us is totally normal and not at all senile:
“You know, we’re going to have windmills, you can — that you’re going to see that have 100-yard wingspans each — each propeller on that — on that windmill, 100 yards long. So, there’s so much that is going to be able to be done,” said Biden.
100 yards is the length of a football field, which is pretty f*cking massive. I decided to look up how big wind turbines, not windmills, are and Joe is just a little bit off. The blades, not propellers, of a wind turbine are 120 feet, which is exactly 40 yards. This windmill Joe is describing would be over twice as big as the wind turbines currently out there.
For the record, windmills are used for grinding grains and propellers are for moving airplanes and boats. Neither of these things have anything to do with generating electricity. Then again, they also don’t have anything to do with people rebuilding their houses that were lost in the fire and yet Joe claims they do.
“And, you know, I — when I visited the National reviewable Lab — Renewable Lab — Energy Lab — about 20 miles — I said — from here — it’s — it’s also good to create a significant number of jobs. The reason I’m telling you this is that’s no solace that you lost your home now, but it’s that we’re going to be able to do a lot of renewable things that allow you to not only rebuild, but afford to rebuild and rebuild better — to build back better than it was before,” Biden said.
I’ve been covering Joe Biden for a while now and I think I understand how his mind works, or doesn’t work. What he’s saying is that he’s going to build massive windmills that once are in place, will allow the people to build their homes destroyed by fire, even better than before.
There’s a few kinks in this otherwise flawless plan. First, no such windmill exists nor are there any plans or money to build them. Then, the thousands of people who are without a home need a place to live now. They need to rebuild their homes as soon as possible. If the people have to wait for Biden to put up things that don’t exist and never will, they are never going to be able to rebuild.
The thing that blows my mind is that Biden was reading this off of a script. Either Biden’s handlers told him to say this nonsense or he is incapable of comprehending simple things. Whatever the case is, this illegitimate administration is a legitimate clusterf*ck. There is no reason why Biden’s response to a disaster should be “giant windmills!” Don Quixote, yes but the supposed President of the United States?
