Joe Biden doesn’t pick people based on their credentials but rather if they check off certain boxes in race and gender. It’s why he selected Kamala Harris to be his running mate and we all know how well that turned out. Liberal Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer is retiring and Joe has promised to replace him with a black woman so there will likely be someone even less qualified than Sonia Sotomayor on the bench.

Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer is retiring, Fox News confirmed, setting President Biden up with the first opportunity to fill a vacancy on the high court.
A source close to Breyer told Fox News that the justice will step down at the end of the current Supreme Court term early this summer.
Breyer, who is 83, has been the subject of rampant speculation about his retirement. Liberal activists were calling for the justice to retire soon after Biden was inaugurated.
Breyer was appointed by former President Bill Clinton, a Democrat. Breyer’s replacement will need to be confirmed by the Senate, which is currently split 50-50 between Democrats and Republicans, with Democrats technically holding the majority because Vice President Harris can break ties.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., said Wednesday Breyer’s replacement will be “confirmed by the full United States Senate with all deliberate speed.”
Well no, Breyer’s replacement will be confirmed by half the Senate because Biden is going to nominate a real loser. Back in May 2020, then-candidate Biden promised he would nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court if a vacancy should arrive, as NBC reports:
Biden made his pledge days before the South Carolina primary. “I’m looking forward to making sure there’s a black woman on the Supreme Court, to make sure we, in fact, get every representation,” he said then. It was the first majority-black contest on the Democratic calendar and handed Biden a dominant victory that revived his campaign. One by one, he vanquished his rivals.
“Every representation” apparently doesn’t include Asians.
As NBC pointed out, there aren’t all that many black serving in the federal appeals court system, which is where Supreme Court Justices come from.
Only five black women are now on U.S. appeals courts, and all of them will be 68 or older this year, according to data compiled by NBC News from the Federal Judicial Center.
That means Biden is going to have to find someone even less qualified to serve and here’s who he is going to pick:
There are only nine Democratic-appointed black women on the federal bench younger than 55 this year. All are district court judges picked by President Barack Obama. The youngest is Leslie Abrams Gardner, 45, the sister of Biden vice presidential contender Stacey Abrams.
I was actually thinking Biden was going to pick Stacey Abrams, but her sister is just as good for his purposes: she’s an incompetent black female.
There is another possibility and, as crazy as it sounds, it just might happen: Biden could nominate Kamala Harris which would both fulfill his promise of a black(ish) woman and get her out of his hair plugs. Harris has been a disappointment and embarrassment to the Biden administration and getting her on the Supreme Court would take care of those problems. Then, Biden could pick someone who cackles less to be his new vp.
The good news is that no matter what incompetent unqualified black woman Joe picks, the make-up of the court won’t change. It will still be 6 conservative Justices and 3 progressive idiots.
