Lynching hasn’t been a thing since democrats stopped doing it around 70 years ago. Proving that they are all about solving the problems facing America, democrats passed and Joe Biden signed a law making lynching a federal hate crime. According to Kamala Harris, this was necessary because lynching is still a problem.
At a ceremony yesterday at the White House, Joe Biden signed the anti-lynching bill. Harris was asked to give some remarks because she is blackish.
When Harris took the podium, she stumbled because it’s not just Joe who has motor function issues in this administration.
“Lynching is not a relic of the past. Racial acts of terror still occur in our nation and when they do, we must all have the courage to name them and hold the perpetrators to account,” said Harris.
I didn’t some searching to fact-check Harris’ claim that lynching still goes on today but couldn’t find any. I did however locate this:

There you go. A guy faked a hate crime and so therefore we need a federal law making lynching a hate crime. That doesn’t make normal sense but it makes perfect liberal sense.
I’m kind of shocked that Harris still has this tweet up given that Jussie Smollett has been convicted of perpetrating a hate crime hoax. Then again, Kamaltoe doesn’t accept facts that are inconvenient to her wrong way of thinking:

Lynching is an extrajudicial act where a person is hung to death without the benefit of a trail. Most people who have ever been lynched in the United States were white. Lynching hasn’t been an issue since the 1950’s. Everything about this law is pointless and in fact, look how it defines lynching:
…kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill…
That ain’t lynching you dumbasses.
Making it dumber, the penalty for not lynching is “not more than 30 years.” I would imagine that anyone facing kidnapping, sexual abuse, and murder charges would love to have it be tried as a federal hate crime because the sentence is much lighter than it would be at the state level.
Once again, democrats have “solved” a problem that didn’t exist. Perhaps next the will tackle the non-problem of Spanish Inquisition-style torture. Ban the use of the rack and the iron maiden.
While the liberal media is hailing democrats for their “courage” get ready for crickets over the next 10 years when this anti-lynching law isn’t used once to prosecute anyone.
