One of the major BS arguments from liberals now that’s it’s apparent Roe v. Wade, the SCOTUS decision that legalized abortion, will be struck down is that it will lead to all kinds of terrible things. Fang Fang banger Eric Swalwell say it means Republicans will ban interracial marriage and Pedophile Joe Biden is warning that the “extreme MAGA crowd” will seek to oust LGBT kids from the classroom.
Biden gave a short speech on what a kickass job he’s doing with the economy and then took a couple of questions. Of course, nobody challenged him on his claim that the economy is roaring but they did want to know what he thought about the leaked Supreme Court draft decision indicating Roe v. Wade is history:
“What happened if you have states changes the law saying that children who are LGBTQ can’t be in classrooms with other children? Is that legit under the way the decision was written?” Biden asked.
No, it’s not. You cannot discriminate against people and everyone is entitled to a pubic education. Those things are in the Constitution but what isn’t is a right to kill your unborn baby as a matter of convenience. Now we know why Joe did so poorly in law school. He has absolutely know sense of the law.
The reason why Biden asked these questions is because he says Republicans are some evil bastards:
“What are the next things that are going to be attacked? Because this MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization that’s existed in American history,” Biden said.
The democratic party owned slaves, seceded from the union to preserve slavery, racially segregated the South when Republicans took their slaves away, and formed the KKK as a paramilitary enforcement arm of their Jim Crow laws. Somehow that seems way more extreme than protecting the rights of the unborn.
The modern democratic party is against capitalism, American sovereignty, and Constitutionally-protected personal freedom. They are for partial-birth abortions, grooming kindergartners, and race riots. Again, this is what extremism looks like.
Now here’s where it gets sticky for Biden. The leaked SCOTUS decision wouldn’t ban abortions, it would let the individual states decide if they would allow or disallow them. Back in 1982, when Joe Biden was a Senator, he supported a Constitutional amendment that would have done the exact same thing.
Fox News reports:
President Biden on Tuesday weighed in on the leaked Supreme Court opinion draft that would strike down Roe v. Wade, saying he believes that “a woman’s right to choose is fundamental.”
But back in the early 1980s, Biden – who was then a U.S. Senator from Delaware – sang a different tune. In 1982, he signed a proposed amendment by Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, that sought to reverse Roe v. Wade.
“A right to abortion is not secured by this Constitution,” read the Human Life Federalism Amendment. “The Congress and several States shall have the concurrent power to restrict and prohibit abortions: Provided, That a law of a State which is more restrictive than a law of Congress shall govern.”
The Senate Judiciary Committee, on which Biden was then a ranking minority member, voted 10-7 for this resolution.
Biden was “MAGA extreme” before it was cool.
Joe Biden saying, “People who believe in the same thing that I did 40 years ago are the most extreme mothers*ckers in U.S. history” is easily the most bullshit thing to come out of his mouth. Biden may suck at everything else but he’s Jedi master when it comes to hypocrisy and lacking self-awareness.
