Last week someone leaked a Supreme Court draft decision that indicates Roe v. Wade, the ruling that legalized abortion, is about to be overturned. This was most certainly leaked by a liberal activist clerk of one of the liberal Justices and many people have already named the leaker. Liberals however are working overtime to convince us that this was the work of a conservative clerk for reasons they can’t explain.
The most likely candidate for the leaker is a clerk for Sonia Sotomayor named Amit Jain. He was a rabid hater of Justice Brett Kavanaugh and signed a letter condemning his nomination to the Supreme Court as a student at Yale. In 2017 he was quoted in an article written by Josh Gerstein for Politico. The SCOTUS draft decision was leaked to Gerstein who published it in Politico. These aren’t hard dots to follow unless you’re a liberal propagandist.
Speaking of which, this was forehead hoarder Joe Scarborough:
Joe Scarborough believes it’s far more likely that the individual who leaked the draft Roe v. Wade decision was a conservative trying to lock in Justices on the fence than a liberal trying to sway the final decision.
“It’s more likely that somebody on the hard right was really pissed off,” said Scarborough.

A clerk for a conservative justice is the “leading theory” amid intense speculation about who released a draft opinion authored by Justice Samuel Alito showing the court is set to overturn Roe v. Wade, according to legal affairs correspondent Nina Totenberg of NPR.
Totenberg said on ABC’s “This Week” that the prevailing theory is that a conservative clerk released the decision in an attempt to lock in the five justices who voted to support overturning Roe as Chief Justice John Roberts reportedly attempts to pull his colleagues toward a more moderate position.
“The only one that makes sense is it came from somebody who was afraid that this majority might not hold,” said Totenberg.

Al Frankin believes it’s possible Justice Samuel Alito himself is behind the historic leak of his draft opinion which would overturn Roe v. Wade.
During a recent episode of The Al Franken Podcast, the host revealed his theory after listening to a video clip of Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) claiming a liberal law clerk leaked the document.
“The Supreme Court’s in-house police led by Marshal Gail Curley will investigate it,” Franken said. “But Ted Cruz knows that Marshal Curley can limit her search to clerks for the three liberal justices.”
Franken then plays a clip of Cruz saying, “There was some angry left-wing law clerk who breached the trust to his or her justice, who breached the trust of the Supreme Court, who breached the trust of the American people, and took a first draft of an opinion and decided to leak it to everyone.”
Franken then said, “Now the reason you know Ted’s right is because of how sure he is of it. — Given Ted’s track record I’d say the leaker isn’t a liberal clerk but Justice Sam Alito.”
The memo clearly went out, telling liberals to push the idea that the leaker is a conservative. That alone is enough to prove it was a liberal clerk since whatever liberals accuse other of is what they are guilty of. Then, there’s the compelling evidence connecting Sotomayor’s clerk to the leak while the only thing the liberals have is “Ted Cruz is the Zodiak killer.”
