A thousand liberal headlines are breathlessly reporting that the Texas GOP has declared the LGBT lifestyle abnormal. This fainting spell, pearl-clutching, and pants-shitting fails to take into account that it is not particularly normal for humans or any species to be attracted to the same sex. In other words, the “party of science” is once again denying science.
Let’s take a look at some of this liberal freak-out:

Now let’s take a look at this one from The Hill to see what all of the stink is about:
The Texas Republican party adopted a new platform on Saturday that refers to homosexuality as “abnormal” and “opposes all efforts to validate transgender identity.”
The Texas GOP party adopted the 40-page platform at its biennial convention in Houston after passing the party’s new guiding principles, which includes a section titled “Homosexuality and Gender Issues.”
The section includes a formal position declaring the state’s GOP party is against giving a special legal status to gay men or women and that they support people who oppose homosexuality based on faith, religion or a belief in “traditional values.”
“Homosexuality is an abnormal lifestyle choice,” the platform document reads. “We believe there should be no granting of special legal entitlements or creation of special status for homosexual behavior, regardless of state of origin.”
And?
This is only anti-LGBT if being gay is completely normal, so we should probably start there.
Humans, like all species, have one basic function: make more of yourself. Philosophers have pondered the meaning of life for ever, but the only real answer is: f*ck and make babies to propagate the species.
How it works for just about every living species is, females have eggs and males fertilize them to create new life. This process is so important that males and females are attracted to one another and the act of mating is both desirable and pleasurable.
That’s normal for all living things. Homosexuals however are attracted to the same sex, which is something that cannot create new life. 2 egg-makers or 2 fertilizer-spreaders cannot produce an offspring and that’s not normal. If it were normal, the species would go extinct.
Somewhere around 5% of people in the world identify as gay and that means at least 95% of everyone is not gay.
“Normal” is defined as: conforming to a standard; usual, typical, or expected.
“Abnormal” is defined as: deviating from what is normal or usual, typically in a way that is undesirable or worrying.
The 95% of the people who do what they were hard-wired to do are the normal. The 5% of the people that go against nature are the abnormal. It’s 100% accurate, both scientifically and sociologically, to say that the LGBT lifestyle is abnormal.
The onus is on the liberal media to prove that being gay is totally normal and they can’t do that.
The Texas GOP isn’t telling people to kill all gays or have them thrown in a rainbow internment camp, they are stating a fact. And maybe that’s the problem: there’s nothing liberals hate more than facts. Facts are always ruining their otherwise bullshit positions.
