In more proof that democrats are completely oblivious the wants and needs of the American people, the Jackass Party has unleashed a transgender bill of rights. Among other things, it would guarantee the “right” to horribly mutilate pre-teen children with hormone therapies and sex-change operations. It would appear that democrats have completely given up on the midterms at this point.
Gas is at a record high and so are groceries. The country is on the brink of a recession. The border is a sieve, with drugs and terrorists flooding in. Crime and homelessness has made many of our cities unlivable hellholes. But hey, check out what the democrats are put to, as reported by The Hill:
A group of House Democrats on Tuesday announced they would move to codify federal protections for transgender people.
The proposal, dubbed the “Transgender Bill of Rights,” would codify the Supreme Court’s 2020 Bostock v. Clayton County decision that protects employees against discrimination for being gay or transgender.
The proposal would amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to explicitly include protections for gender identity and sex characteristics, expand access to gender-affirming care and ban conversion therapy.
Expanding access to “gender-affirming care” means making it available to young children without their parents’ consent. Despite sounding like it affirms one’s gender, it actually means to change one’s gender through irreversible hormones regimens and surgeries.
Rep. Pramila Jayapal crapped out this turd along with 83 other democrats.
“As we witness Republicans and an extremist Supreme Court attack and roll back the fundamental rights of trans people across our country, and as state legislatures across the country target our trans community with hateful, bigoted and transphobic attacks, we are standing up and saying enough is enough,” said Jayapal.
When did the Supreme Court “roll back” the fundamental right of transgender freaks? Also, the purpose of this garbage legislation is to give rights to transgender people, so it’s impossible to roll back their rights that don’t yet exist.
And what Jayapal calls “hateful, bigoted attacks” against transgender people is merely state legislators saying grown-ass men can’t participate in and dominate girl’s sports. They’re also saying that LGBT groomers can’t indoctrinate kindergartners in the ways of gender bending. The actual hate comes from radical activists convincing little kids that they are a different gender and helping them f*ck their bodies up for life.
There’s obviously the moral, legal, and ethical issues with this bill but also some glaring technical problems. Transgender people already have the same rights as everyone else, as guaranteed by the Constitution. There are no Constitutional rights that don’t apply to transgender people. They have the right to free speech, to keep and bear arms, and everything else. What they actually want is special rights that only apply to them and that in of itself is unconstitutional.
The biggest issue however is that liberals can’t and won’t define what it means to be a woman. If they can’t provide that basic gender definition as a baseline, it becomes impossible to define what it means to be transgender. If the concept of gender is meaningless, as liberals contend, then so to is transgenderism. You can’t have a law that refuses to define its purpose.
While Americans are struggling to put food on the table and terrified for their safety, the democrats introduce a law that will allow groomers to turn their children into trannies. Talk about having their finger on the pulse of the country.
