There was a story floating around about a 10-year-old Ohio girl who was impregnated by a rapist and had to go to Indiana for an abortion because of Ohio’s strict laws that seemed impossibly fake. Well, it’s true but with a twist. An illegal alien was arrested for raping and impregnating the little girl so it’s not so much a story about Ohio’s abortion law and more connected to Biden’s shitty immigration policies.
There was little reason to believe the story when it came out because the only source was a pro-death activist abortion doctor. Also, the timing of the story seemed suspect since it was right after Ohio’s abortion law went into effect. Plus Joe Biden referenced the story saying that a 10-year-old girl had to cross state lines to “terminate the presidency” which did nothing to make it seem real.
Sometimes the truth is stranger than fiction as The Columbus Dispatch reports:
A Columbus man has been charged with impregnating a 10-year-old Ohio girl, whose travel to Indiana to seek an abortion led to international attention following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v Wade and activation of Ohio’s abortion law.
Gershon Fuentes, 27, whose last known address was an apartment on Columbus’ Northwest Side, was arrested Tuesday after police say he confessed to raping the child on at least two occasions. He’s since been charged with rape, a felony of the first degree in Ohio.
Columbus police were made aware of the girl’s pregnancy through a referral by Franklin County Children Services that was made by her mother on June 22, Det. Jeffrey Huhn testified Wednesday morning at Fuentes’ arraignment. On June 30, the girl underwent a medical abortion in Indianapolis, Huhn said.
Making the story sicker, the girl just recently turned 10, so she was likely raped and impregnated when she was 9.
Making the story more infuriating, the rapist is an illegal alien as Fox News reports:
The man charged with the rape of a 10-year-old girl in Ohio is a Guatemalan illegal immigrant, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) source told Fox News Digital on Wednesday.
The source told Fox that Fuentes is a Guatemalan national in the country illegally and that ICE has placed a detainer on Fuentes, which is a request he eventually be handed over to the agency for removal proceedings.
ICE later confirmed to Fox News Digital that Fuentes is in the U.S. unlawfully.
What started out as story that outraged the pro-abortion crowd has morphed into something that outrages the pro-America crowd. Actually, I’m sure the pro-aborts are moving on from this case because the one thing they love as much as killing babies is a country awash with illegal alien third-world scumbags.
Also, the idea that the girl had to leave Ohio to get an abortion is bullshit. The Ohio law bans abortions after six weeks and the girl was reportedly 6 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost said the state’s abortion law has exceptions that would definitely have allowed for a 10-year-old rape victim to obtain an abortion.
While Joe Biden thinks this story means abortion on demand should be legal across all 50 states, it really shows that his lack of immigration enforcement subjected a young girl to rape.
