Thirteen Year Old California School Kid Bribed To Take Vaccine….Forged Mom’s Signature….Mom Files Suit [VIDEO]

Maribel Duarte is planning to file a lawsuit against an L.A. school after discovering that her 13-year-old son was bribed into taking the covid 19 shot without her knowledge or approval.

This from 100percentfedup.com.

Duarte shared that her son had pre-existing health issues that made taking the vaccine problematic. And that since taking the shot, he has had new health problems emerge.

Duarte’s attorney, Nicole Pearson, said she is filing suit on behalf of the family against the Los Angeles Unified School District, the second largest school district in the country.

In a recent press conference, Duarte shared that her son is not well:

This is painful for me, because my son’s health … it’s not good. He’s lacking the rest. He doesn’t sleep well. He doesn’t exercise the way he did. He’s not normal to me.

Her attorney added:

This is about parental rights, having the ability to protect your children and to make the best decisions for your children based on information only you as a parent know.

Pearson said they contacted the school but have not received a response. She said:

When you don’t respond, we are allowed to interpret that under the law under the government code section as a rejection of our claim.

Now we are preparing our lawsuit. We’ll be filing it next week because these injuries and these damages need to be redressed.

Duarte said her son announced after school one day that he had been offered pizza if he would take the shot.

Duarte recalled:

He came home, and I remember asking him, ‘how was your day?’ He said, ‘Mom, I got a shot today, COVID shot.’ And I was like, ‘What do you mean?’ He said, ‘Yeah. They offered me pizza.’

And they also had him sign a consent in front of them, which one of the ladies told him to sign my name and sign his name.

According to the Epoch Times, Pearson said:
[T]hey are investigating what took place and looking into filing a variety of charges; including absence of consent, violation of informed consent, treatment contrary to patient’s will, fraud, misrepresentation, negligence, negligent hiring and supervision, intentional infliction of emotional distress, coercion, violation of the California constitution, violation of the prohibitions of human experimentation, child endangerment, child abuse, and any other causes of action that are reasonable and reasonably inferable.

The school district has not offered a comment.

Final thought: Parental rights unlawfully ignored by an over-zealous school worker, school system, and an insane liberal state is aggravating to witness. May this case rise to the Supreme Court to become of landmark significance and may liberalism and its proponents suffer dearly.
