FBI Arrests Man For Threatening Them Even Though He Didn’t

In the wake of the FBI’s unprecedented and politically-motivated raid on Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, the feds and the liberal media are trying to shift the narrative that it’s the Bureau who is the real victim. There are stories aplenty about how the FBI is getting threatened and they even arrested a guy for threatening them even though he really didn’t.

The FBI arrested a Pennsylvania man named Adam Bies for, “threats to assault or murder a federal law enforcement officer with the intent to impede, intimidate, or interfere with such law enforcement officer while engaged in the performance of official duties, or with intent to retaliate against such law enforcement officer on account of the performace of official duties.”

Sounds serious, even with that typo. Performace of duty?

Well, it sounds serious until you read the affidavit and see what Bies said. The entire case against him is based on posts he made on Twitter-clone Gab. Let’s take a look:

“I’ll shoot an SS officer in the head just as quick as I’d shoot a KGB officer in the head. Keep that in mind. There are plenty of other letters in the alphabet. Police state scum are police state scum. Period,” Bies wrote on August 11, 2022.

The FBI noted that Bies appears to be comparing the FBI to the SS and KGB. Sometimes the truth hurts.

“Hey asshole. Why don’t you send them my threats so that they’d at least have something credible to show on Fox News. Just scrub my timeline for the posts you didn’t delete after you threatened to ban me. I sincerely believe that if you work for the FBI, then you deserve to DIE,” Bies wrote on August 11, 2022.

Saying someone deserves to die and threatening to kill that person are two different things. Same thing goes for this next one:

“Every single piece of shit who works for the FBI in any capacity, from the director down to the janitor who cleans their fucking toilets deserves to die. You’ve declared war on us and now it’s open season on YOU,” Bies wrote.

So far it’s pretty underwhelming but here’s the big piece of evidence:

“HEY FEDS. We the people cannot WAIT to water the trees of liberty with your blood. I’ll be waiting for you to kick down my door,” Bies wrote.

And:

“I’m ready for the inevitable. Once you accept reality for what it is instead of what you want or to be, you can move on with your life and get prepared for the inevitable outcome. I already know I’m going to die at the hands of these piece of shit child molesting law enforcement scumbags. My only goal is to kill more of them before I drop. I will not spend one second of my life in their custody,” wrote Bies.

And:

“Come and get me you piece of shit feds. I can’t wait to watch you bleed out you pedophile scumbags. Every single one of you deserves a painful death,” Bies wrote.

While Bies does indicate he would kill FBI agents, there’s some very important context here. He’s working under the scenario that the FBI would come get him for no other reason than he insulted them. If that were to happen, Bies said he’d kill the FBI agents who tried to illegally arrest him. That’s not a threat, it’s a warning.

A warning the FBI chose to ignore, by the way. It should be noted that Bies didn’t kill anyone when he was arrested, which lends to his defense that these were not serious threats in any way.

Bies never said he was going to go out and kill FBI agents. He didn’t make a threat against a specific agent. He didn’t say he was going to go down to the FBI’s Pittsburgh field office and light it up. He only said he felt anyone working for the FBI deserved to die and if they came after him, he’d defend himself.
